Ho fatto il servizio Glamour Look da Sephora in Vittorio Emanuele a Milano con Melanie e mi sono trovata molto bene. È stata gentilissima e molto professionale: mi ha ascoltata, consigliata e mi ha proposto diversi prodotti per realizzare il make-up che desideravo per il mio matrimonio. Un grazie anche al suo collega, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome, che mi ha dato ottimi consigli sul fondotinta. Esperienza davvero molto positiva.

An sich finde ich es toll, welche Produkte angeboten werden, auch dass die Ware jedes Mal schnell ankam. Allerdings habe ich mit dem Kundendienst weniger gute Erfahrung gemacht. Es ging um mein Kundenkonto, ich hatte unwissend zwei Konten und konnte mich Monate lang nicht mehr einloggen. Dann wurde mir die Info von zwei Konten mitgeteilt, darauf hin habe ich das Neueste, über dass ich noch nie etwas bestellt hatte, löschen lassen und mein Altes sollte bestehen bleiben, da ich dort schon einige Punkte hatte und diese nicht verlieren wollte. Damit meine Punkte nicht ablaufen, wollte ich sowieso etwas bestellen, was aber leider nicht ging, da ich mich weiterhin nicht einloggen konnte, auch nicht als ich das Passwort zurückgesetzt habe. Dem Kundendienst wurde von mir alles genauestens erklärt, darauf hin wurde mir gesagt, dass es sich um einen technischen Fehler handelt und dass sie momentan nichts mehr tun können und ich solle doch bitte immer wieder versuchen, mich einzuloggen. Jetzt nach 2 Monaten, habe ich mich wieder beim Kundendienst gemeldet und gesagt, dass ich es immer wieder mal versucht habe aber es immer noch nicht funktioniert. Dann bekomme ich als Antwort, dass mein Konto gelöscht wurde, da ich es so beantragt habe. Somit habe ich erneut erklären müssen, dass ich nur das unbenutzte habe löschen lassen und ich zu meinem Alten Konto auch weiterhin personalisierte Werbung etc. erhalte. Ich soll jetzt ein neues Konto mit einer anderen Mail anlegen. Fazit ist: es ist nicht meine Schuld, wenn ich nicht mehr in mein Konto reinkomme, trotz der Funktion das Passwort zurückzusetzen, es ist seltsam dass der Kundendienst das nicht in den Griff bekommt und man als Kunde deshalb seine Punkte/Vorteile verliert, um diese zu erhalten, muss man logischerweise auch Geld ausgeben und darf jetzt bei Null anfangen.
