I was a loyal customer for many years and recently decided to apply for the credit card. The address they sent it to the first time was wrong (which is scary because people are even less trustworthy then ever and theft is rampant these days) I called and asked if they could send to Correct address.. Again! They sent to they same Wrong address! I called again and closed cc and will not be shopping w them ever again. They were unapologetic after there continuance incompetence and negligence.

Very disappointed Sephora has taken a political side by dropping conservatives.... does that mean they don’t want conservative money? I loved ordering from Sephora but have just cancelled my account... for the record, I’m not republican or democrat... just loyal American that will not give my money to ANY business, school or church that is biased... I believe in God and country... and am saving a ton of money these days

Sephora is my go to place for makeup and accessories. I love to browse the store and see all the new items on the shelves and try things out until I find the colors that match my skin tone. Usually, in non-COVID times, they will be happy to make you a small sample to take home and try before you buy. Additionally, their return policy is amazing because you can bring anything back you don't like even if it is opened and even if you have used it (not like all of it but a little bit) but you don't like it. Their customer loyalty program is amazing, with three tiers of levels depending on your annual spend. They've stepped up the gifts you can use your points for in recent years and I've gotten some amazing things like silk pillowcases, makeup bags, Turkish towels, etc. I'm pretty happy with them. Sometimes the gals working inside are snobby or unhelpful and cluster together to talk and can't be bothered to help, but usually someone will wander up to you and ask if you need something after a while.

I have been lied to multiple times from Sephora. I’ve had many gift cards that have been stolen from me when I bought them at a third-party store or online and every time I call Sephora to get my money back Sephora doesn’t care and doesn’t want to give me any refund. Even though I’ve spent almost $5000 on gift cards for all kinds of occasions and to try and use it for myself and nothing has been good luck for me and all people seem to care about is their end and not the customer and it’s like anytime I call to try and get my money back also Ford tells me is that a gift card is like cash and if it’s already been redeemed there’s nothing they plan on doing about it but that practically just tells the customer oh it’s OK if somebody steals product from our company. And it’s like if I could give Sephora a zero or a negative number for bad customer service and bad everything for people who don’t care about others and money it’s not something that I will ever do or use or buy. So customers beware Sephora will never give you your money back if you end up with bad gift cards because Sephora doesn’t care if your money has been stolen by somebody else so beware Sephora will not give your money back to you.

Contattato via mail Sephora per una questione relativa ai punti accreditati, e mi hanno risposto nell'arco di un quarto d'ora. Certo, viste le recensioni, vivo nel terrore che la prossima con cui faranno casini con la spedizione saró io.. ma stavolta ho tirato un sospiro di sollievo.

If i could give a 0 i will absolutely give it! worst service client eveer! they have cancelled my order and also withdraw the money from my account, i called them the employee was screaming at me i can’t believe that such a bad client service exists in a big company like Sephora! Believe me guys it was horrible be CAREFUL!!

Before Christmas of 2020 I bought some makeup and was told if it didn't match if I come in with proof of purchase they could return the product. Well it did match but I found that I had already had the same color from them. I didn't have my my receipt so they said that since I used my beauty discount program whatever it is that they have they could give me a credit for me to purchase something else because they couldn't see what payment method I use purchased the makeup so I had my mom send me a copy of the receipt but she didn't send me the complete receipt they couldn't use that I understood but I was a little frustrated because I was treated like I stole the makeup it really pissed me off so I came back again and I had the receipt and the lady was still treating me nasty I end up catching her in a lie because I came in with another product and I purposely didn't bring the receipt because I wanted to see if they could look up and see the proof of purchase Method which they could because she was like oh I see that you use $25 in cash and then you upgraded a product oh so you can see the proof of purchase you can tell me if I use cash or credit I just literally got upset because they lied to me I can no longer spend my money in a store where the workers are liars they profile you because of your race and they think that you're stealing out of the store I just believe that at this point they just need to be closed down because the customer service skills have gone down over the years their workers profiling people and it's just ridiculous seeing so many reviews where people are saying that Sephora workers are treating them like they're stealing what are they so paranoid for are they actually stealing from the company like I don't get it

Bestellungen kamen bisher an, Kundenservice jedoch schlecht! Außerdem ist die Angabe "bis zu 3 Proben" auf der Website zwar "richtig", jedoch irreführend! Ich habe dort bestimmt schon 10 mal bestelle und immer nur 0 bis 1 Probe erhalten.
