Ieri sono stata al centro commerciale di Assago sono entrata da Sephora e devo dire che la venditrice è stata molto gentile ha capito subito cosa avevo bisogno .

Ich habe nicht alle bestellten Produkte erhalten. Der Kundenservice möchte Beweise dafür, wie soll man den Nachweis erbringen. Das ist eindeutiger Betrug.

Ritorno al Sephora di Montebello della Battaglia dopo essermi promessa 10 mesi fa di non rimettere più piede in questo negozio. Ancora una volta delusissima, chiedo un profumo per la festa della mamma, seguita da 2 commesse gentilissime e molto affabili specialmente quella che ha fatto il conto. Chiedo un pacchetto regalo vista l occasione mi viene messo il profumo in un sacchetto di carta con il logo e nulla di più!!!! Mi vengono proposti i soliti campioncini omaggi creati direttamente sul posto con boccettini anonimi prelevati dalla campionatura esposta. Ma stiamo scherzando? Io sarò magari fissata ma l' immagine per me conta,se l' azienda ha questa politica davvero non fa per me. Mi spiace,eppure nei negozi di Pavia le cose non funzionano così

I didn't receive my whole order and customer service was absolutely no help at all. Never got my issue resolved either.

Sephora wirbt auf seine Seite mit 20% Rabatt und wenn sie Ware bestellen wird es einfach so ohne Grund stoniert. Erst nach meine Nachfrage warum Ware nicht gekommen ist würde mir mitgeteilt das es stoniert ist. Auf so eine unseriöse Betrüger Seite würde ich nichts mehr kaufen! Hoffe das ich wenigstens meine Geld zurück bekomme.
