While they carry a large array of various products? I usually buy Sephora's eyeshadows. Repeatedly of late I find? The same problem in opening over and over again, so now I'm going online with Amazon - far better results. The problem is that these small eye shadows do NOT open easily and create a mess every time I attempt to use one. Poor design of in part, TOO SMALL a container (cheap I'd say) making the "lid" difficult to open. Very disappointed Sephora has not done better before this, especially since they put their name to it. I know all about their "return" policy - the issue is? WHY not fix the problem when brought to their attention REPEATEDLY? You have to wonder...

Ayer estuve en Sephora de Valencia, en la tienda del centro. Me atendió Maite y, luego también Lía, fueron maravillosas, me aconsejaron perfectamente de los productos de la tienda, me enseñaron a sacar más partido a los productos que he ido adquiriendo en la tienda últimamente y los que compré ayer. Fue estupendo todo. Lo hacen muy cómodo y fácil, desde luego volveré y preguntaré por ellas y por Vicky, que también me ha ayudado en otras ocasiones. El trato es perfecto, con cariño y respeto.
