Awful customer service. Their customer service told me that I would get a refund, i took screenshots, and it never arrived. Then when I ask them about it 2 weeks later they say that they can only do store credit. I have photos and proof that they agreed to send it back to my original form of payment. I had to reach out to my card company to get my money back. I won't ever buy from them again, awful customer service and EVEN WORSE ITEMS. do not ever fall prey to their stupid sale items. Notice how most of the sale stuff is 2 and 3 star items.

The products are not full enough, is like the use them before delivery, very bad experience I had with a very expensive cream.

A dicembre avevo scritto una recensione riguardo la scarsa serietà di Sephora, in quanto avevo più volte reclamato la mancanza di una delle caselle del calendario dell’avvento senza ottenere mai un serio riscontro. Finalmente, dopo più di un mese, mi è arrivata la casella mancante accompagnata da una lettera di scuse. Apprezzo enormemente questo gesto, anche se non ripagherà tutte le ore perse al telefono in cerca di spiegazioni. Mi sembra, tuttavia, doveroso cambiare la mia recensione in una maggiormente positiva.

No se por que tiene tantas reseñas negativas...Me ha gustado el servicio. He comprado un regalo para mi madre en la tienda de Bilbao, todo bien y rápido. Los precios son mejores que en el corte, he comparado. Además tiene diferentes ofertas de temporada, hay que aprovechar.

My order was delivered way quicker than I expected. Soon as I ordered received conformation. Next day dispatch email and asked to wait for 24 hrs for tracking. Next day before even tracking info I received the package at my door step. How impressive was that!
