So disappointed by this company. My item never arrived and they will Not refund or replace the item. Disgusting as their delivery partner is not able to provide me with a POD or photograph. They’re slow to respond and extremely unhelpful. Avoid avoid avoid!

Sephora Team Member Kady was AMAZING!!! on Saturday 08/07/23 I had a wonderful experience shopping in Sephora Westfield Shepherd's Bush. Kady was well presented lovely makeup and a bright smile, instantly she made me feel confident in her guidance whilst shopping. She was quite knowledgeable about all the products and what would be good for specific skin types. If you go to Sephora look out for the lovely lady wearing a bright smile and a black Prada glasses :) If you ever see this review thanks again Kady !!!!

i am absolutely appauled and very dissapointed !!! i ordered some makeup off sephora on the 1st of june and got next day deliverly but ended up coming on the 3rd but i needed it for the 2nd so i decided to return it as i didnt need it anymore as it came late i have waited over 30 days for my refund to go back into my bank account as the website states 30 days for the refund to come back therefore ive been emailing them none stop the past week asking where my refund is for them to be replying days later each time giving me the same answer , finally got a reply yet them telling me this . Hi, Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your return. Your account has been escalated to our online loss prevention & claims team, to review your request. After checking the tracking investigation with our delivery partner and our distribution centre we can confirm the parcel was actually not given to Asda ( only barcode was scanned) and therefore never received at our distribution centre . As such we will not be able to access your claim further. To ensure your statutory rights are not infringed and to fast-track resolution, at this stage we recommend you escalate your claim via your payment provider chargeback program. Our team will be happy to follow due process and assist them with the claim in line with the chargeback program. Apologies for any inconvenience. Goods not received! No option to speak to a human and get issue resolved! Scam company, Note to self.. always check company reviews before purchasing online. Majority reviews are awful. Order FN71805591 Just incase Sephora would like to resolve from review.. not holding my breath.

Seit 1 Monat warte ich auf eine Rückerstattung meines Geldes, welche innerhalb 7 Tage bei mir sein sollte. Das einzige was mir gesagt wird jede Woche „ wir haben es der Buchhaltung mitgeteilt, wir können nichts machen“. Die größte Abzocke überhaupt. NIE WIEDER bei euch bestellen. Wie es aussieht sieht Sephora sich über dem Gesetz.
