Placed an online order for same day delivery before the cut off time, did not receive my order, called cust service to ask about the status of my order, was told that it was still in processing and that I would not receive my order that day even though I placed and paid for same day order. Received an email the next morning stating that item was out of stock and that my order was canceled, called customer service to see what options were available other than canceling, pretty much told there was nothing that could be done and that I would just have to wait for my financial institution to release my funds back to me. No solutions offered, nothing but what they cannot do. SMH.......ULTA is definitely a better store.

Commesse a dir poco imbarazzanti nello store di Bari in Via Sparano.. vi dico solamente che per il pagamento di un rossetto mi ha fatto mettere la carta e non mi ha neanche strappato lo scontrino .. me lo son dovuta prendere io in autonomia senza dire ne grazie ne prego e ne niente .. servizio al cliente 0.. poi uno non deve acquistare da internet!!!!! Meriterebbe 0 stelle! 1 forse è anche troppa! Consegne a domicilio quasi sempre non disponibili, uguale la disponibilità nei negozi, quindi anche se c’è un prodotto che si vuole ordinare, non c’è modo di averlo nemmeno andando in negozio ! Come è successo a me anche oggi, che ero interessata ad un articolo! Servizio imbarazzante a dire poco !

Waren heute am 28.12.2023 direkt nach Ladenöffnung um 10 Uhr im CentrO oberhausen . Der Laden war so dermaßen schmutzig und versifft...peinlich und absolut ekelhaft überall make Up und Dreck egal was man anfassen am Produkten ...leere Tester . Auf dem Boden einfach überall . Das die Regale komplett leer waren und 90 Prozent ausverkauft waren kann man ja noch verstehen nach Weihnachten . Aber den Laden am nächsten morgen so zu öffnen ist eine Beleidigung für Kunden die viel Geld dort für angebliche high end Marken bezahlen . Da ist Kik und Co ja sauberer .

Total con. I have paid for an e-gift card and it has not been sent. Money taken from my account. I have contacted Sephora multiple times and found no response. Now considering next move as I believe this to be a fraudulent company. DO NOT TRY AND BUY ANYTHING.

This was my 5th time in Sephora. Today was absolutely the worst. No one every helps you. I ask for help matching a concealer color and a brand for matured women. They was not helpful at all. Customer service is crap. I will go back to Ulta.

MAI PIÙ!!!!Non si giustifica che compro un Chanel nel black friday il 25 di Novembre e purtroppo non andava bene e non ho potuto cambiarlo perché era passato un mese, ma spiegatemi come facevo a cambiarlo se il 25 e 26 Dicembre era chiuso il negozio. In altri posti poi cambiarlo fino il 31 dicembre. Peccato che non me ne sono accorta prima del 30% che faceva Douglas.
