Ordino un blush in polvere da 30€, arriva completamente distrutto a causa dell'imballaggio penoso, segnalo il problema e non ricevo alcuna risposta. Assurdo da parte di una catena come Sephora! Non acquisterò più online dato che rischio di SPRECARE i miei soldi ricevendo prodotti distrutti!

This is the second time I have come to sephora in Westfield what can I say the customer services are outstanding I was greeted by nikki by the nars stands and elise by sephora both was really helpful I got what I was looking both took time to colour match my mums foundation one thing I liked was how helpful there was because my mum felt so comfortable around them bearing in mind my didn't speak any English there really took the time with her and showed her what was her best match with makeup iam super happy with my second time cuming there

Visited the Westfield branch of Sephora and received the most incredible shopping experience by a lovely lady by the name of Nicky. Nicky was super helpful, really thorough in her explanation of which products would suit me and just looked after us with a smile - would highly recommend a trip to this branch solely based on the lovely customer experience we had with Nicky. She is definitely a credit to the branch :)

Very slow delivery. My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and again today by 12.30pm. Can’t talk to anyone and they ask that you don’t even contact until 10 days after the order is placed. I think there are better companies out there. It’s just a bulk retailer that does not care about individual orders
