Absolutely disgraceful customer service! No way of contacting them by phone and they do not reply to their emails or social media messages. Items missing from my order, notified them on the app, on messenger and by email, and still no reply.

Inkompetente Mitarbeiter vor allem der eine namens Elvis. Mir wird durch Apple Pay bei zwei Bestellungen drei mal der Betrag abgezogen und nach längerem Kontakt durch Email trotz Beweise mit Screenshots wird mir immernoch vor die Nase gehalten, es seien nur zwei Bestellungen und zwei Rechnungen gewesen. Nie wieder!

Awful customer experience. I bought a gift card for a friend, gave it to her for her birthday ($150, not insignificant amount). She went to Sephora trying to buy herself a gift and was told that the card is not activated. I gave a call to Sephora, thinking that they would be able to just activate the card. Or, in worst case, just return the money (which were withdrawn from my credit card for sure). Sephora rep told me to go talk to my bank and tell them that the money are not on the card. Despite my efforts to explain to them how frustrating of an experience it has already been, they refused to deal with my case.

I am extremely disappointed with Sephora's customer service. I returned a product using the return label provided by Sephora. La Poste's tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, but Sephora refuses to reimburse me, claiming a “bad proof of deposit”. La Poste only provides physical proof of delivery, which I have provided. Sephora is trying to evade its responsibilities in total contradiction with article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, which stipulates that the seller is responsible for the proper receipt of returns. I have reported this situation to the FEVAD consumer ombudsman and to “60 Millions de consommateurs”. Such negligence and disregard for customers is scandalous for a company of this stature.
