Entrata un po’ confusa per l’acquisto di un profumo da uomo, ho trovato Andrea che come un angelo si è dedicato a me, aiutandomi, consigliandomi, con una cura, eleganza e competenza maivista. Mi sono fatta seguire da lui anche per un prodotto per me e ne sono estremamente soddisfatta. Ma la vera sorpresa è stata Andrea con la sua impeccabile capacità che non solo ha trovato il profumo che cercavo ma mi ha anche fatto dei campioni per essere sicuro che fosse il prodotto che effettivamente volevo. Sephora has become a completely dishonest company. I used to love shopping with them. I enjoyed reading reviews and making informed decisions on what I'd want to spend my money on but lately they only post reviews from people who have received incentives or gifted reviews. When going to filter them out there are usually absolutely no reviews of those who have purchased on their own. They also only post highly rated glowing reviews. I've, along with several other people, have left less than stellar reviews that were 100% abiding by sephoras guidelines and they were never posted. It's very frustrating taking the time out of your day to write a review to help another paying customer and sephora doesn't post it. It's very dishonest. I've left reviews regarding the app experience and nothing ever comes from it. If you're not absolutely fake gushing over a product they won't post it. Almost as if companies pay them to filter honest reviews.

Per la prima volta mi sono recata presso Sephora di Bari, dove con enorme piacere sono stata seguita e consigliata da una commessa dolcissima e professionale, senza di lei non avrei acquistato nulla...merito suo dell'acquisto...feedback positivissimo per Dominga.

Sephora UK shipped my order on 30th using the cheapest and worst logistics Fastway and my order never arrived but the update says otherwise and there is no help from both parties either!
