When Sephora had their sale I bought a make up that was the wrong shade because I wanted the sale price. When I went in the store, they would not switch it out even though the color was unavailable on their site. I then went in and bought the color makeup I wanted and used the five dollar Coupon. There was no one to help me in the store and again I the wrong Form of makeup I wanted. When I went back to exchange it out The very next day,They would not exchange it with my coupon discount and I lost the discount. Terrible customer service I deserved that coupon.

1) durante la ricerca di un cofanetto di Byoma, abbiamo chiesto ad una commessa e neanche lei sapeva quale fosse e se c’era, consigliandoci quello di un’altra marca. 2) chiedendo un consiglio ad una commessa per una crema per una ragazza, lei ci dice quella gel ma entrambe lo erano. 3) andando da un altra lei ci legge quello scritto sulla crema , SAPPIAMO LEGGERE ANCHE NOI !!4) commesse mai D I S P O N I B I L I è poco I N F O R M AT E

Sephora , centro commerciale Tiare , Gorizia. Pessimo servizio, tanta maleducazione e mancanza di professionalità in questo negozio. A questo punto vado o Trieste o a Udine ma non qui. Suppongo dipenda dalla direzione di questo specifico negozio. Comunque non sono l'unica a pensarla così. L'unica sua fortuna è di essere all'interno di un centro commerciale e di avere un sacco di marche.

Ho comprato un prodotto con la certezza del cambio ma una volta chiesto il cambio mi hanno detto che non si poteva cambiare perché avevano visto un pelino sopra, dopo che due commesse lo avevano aperto per controllarlo.. Vendono la merce molto piu cara di qualsiasi altro negozio. Non comprate lì, e prima di farlo fate un paragone con qualsiasi negozio vedrete che otterrete gran risparmio.

Ich würde noch nicht mal 1 Stern geben! Ich habe gestern eine Online-Bestellung aufgegeben und hatte noch ein paar Code, weil ich mich neu angemeldet hatte. Erfahre heute morgen, dass meine Bestellung storniert wurde, weil einige (laut Email irgendwie alle) meiner Produkte nicht mehr verfügbar sein. Was ich jedoch nicht verstehen kann, da ich gestern auch im Shop war und fast alle Produkte Vorort gesehen habe. (hatte über Click and collect bestellt, da ich keine Zeit mehr hatte.) Jetzt sind all meine Codes weg und als Wiedergutmachung habe ich einen Code bekommen, für einen kostenlosen Versand. (Welcher meistens eh kostenlos ist) Echt ärgerlich und unprofessionell von so einem Unternehmen! Ich kann verstehen, wenn etwas nicht mehr verfügbar ist, aber dann storniert man doch nicht die komplette Bestellung. Naja nie wieder.

sephora scammed me on online purchase. there were items missing in the package and they refuse to take responsibility. their excuses were "at least two people pack the package" and "the weight is checked". how can items be missing after all those measures?

Sephora sarà pure un bel negozio, ma sono ARRABBIATISSIMA dato il servizio dell’evento SEPHORIA! Alle 8:30 mi sono collegata con diversi dispositivi accedendo a ticket one, aspettando le ore 9:00 in attesa dell’apertura della vendita dei biglietti, per riscontrare poi , alle 9:01 ESATTE il SOLD OUT. A mio parere non è accettabile che in una così piccola frazione di tempo si siano esauriti i biglietti per 3 GIORNI di evento. Io sono rimasta fino alle 10:30/11:00 perché il sito diceva: “I BIGLIETTI SARANNO DI NUOVO DISPONIBILI A BREVE” , sono rimasta molto delusa da questo servizio, potessi darei zero stelle!
