Ticket #3911148: Shocking customer service. I placed order in store using my Sephora loyalty card, gold status! In order to gain my points on a double points promotion. The points were never added to my account. I have emailed, messaged, sent evidence and now no one is responding. Radio silence! This is appalling practice from a company that does not recognise loyalty. AVOID! Cult Beauty by far out perform Sephora. I for one will be taking my money elsewhere!

First and last online order by sephora ! I applied for return they received the product from 15 days and no any refund calling them they say we didnt received confirmation yet from the storage workers sending emails and receiving robotic answers Im like bagging them to refund me my money ! Neverrr againnn !!!

Habe einen ganz bestimmten Duft bei Sephora bestellt. Gut, preislich lag dieser nicht gerade hoch! Das Unternehmen wirbt aber damit, IMMER bis zu 3 Proben beizufügen, doch in meinem Päckchen befand sich nicht einmal eine! Zum Vergleich: ich bestellte erst kürzlich bei einer Parfümerie noch für weniger Geld und trotzdem erhielt ich mehrere (!) hochwertige Proben! Es sind oft die kleinen Gesten, welche die Herzen erfreuen! Sephora tut das definitiv nicht! Den einen Stern gibt es noch, weil der kleine Flakon gut in Papier eingewickelt war und somit nicht in der Kartonage herumflog! Hab drum gebeten, meinen Kunden-Account zu löschen . Doof, dass man das nicht selbst tun kann und stattdessen noch den Kundenservice beanspruchen muss!

Scandaloso che nel 2025 i dipendenti debbano lavorare in condizioni disumane, aria condizionata assente e saturazione dell’ossigeno. Oltre che noi clienti , ma soprattutto per chi lavora li dentro ore e ore. VERGOGNOSO.

Sephora Carrefour di Limbiate Avevo la necessità di comporre una trousse di prodotti per la skincare viso da regalare ad una mia amica che, purtroppo, è ricoverata in ospedale da giorni. Elisabetta non solo ha risposto perfettamente alla mia esigenza, ma si è anche dimostrata molto sensibile alla mia situazione. Sono sempre molto soddisfatta della mia esperienza da Sephora, soprattutto da quando sono iscritta alla carta fedeltà. P.S. I prodotti che abbiamo scelto sono stati apprezzatissimi, grazie Elisabetta! Fosse possibile, darei sei stelle solo per quanto ti sei premurata per la mia amica.
