WARNING ‼️ DO NOT BUY SEPHORA GIFT CARDS!!! My wife was given a $200 Sephora gift card for Mother’s Day. We went to Sephora in Fort Worth, TX and was told there was $0 balance. The retailer showed no empathy and was no help at all. We called customer service and they told us purchases were made online the day after the card was purchased and one week before my wife opened the card. After escalating three times with customer service I was told that Sephora is well aware that fraudulent cards are sold frequently. Actually they said “all the time”. The representative told us Sephora is not concerned about the fraud because it’s technically a cash deal. It is apparent that Sephora, through its actions, does not care for, or appreciate, their consumers. They do not deserve consumer support in any way.

Sono stata ieri a fine serata nel punto vendita di Via Etnea e da subito mi hanno accolto con il sorriso ho acquistato un profumo. La mia esperienza è stata positiva!!! Carola e Giuliana super professionali e gentilissime. Sarà il mio punto vendita preferito ❤️

Appena sono entrato dentro il negozio di sephora Novara mi sono sentito subito bene, le commesse mi hanno accolto benissimo e mi hanno consigliato tantissimi prodotti di ogni tipo

In data 17/07/2025 ho acquistato da Sephora un profumo che non era più reperibile, ma Linda ha cercato se, nel secondo store della città, ne avessero in stock e ha trovato solo una confezione. Me l’ha fatto arrivare senza disturbarmi ad andare a prendermelo. Super Linda. Grazie per il servizio impeccabile e la tua disponibilità.

Mit meiner Bestellung war alles einwandfrei, sauber verpackt und sicher mit DHL (inkl. Sendungsnummer) verschickt. Viele Unternehmen arbeiten mit Hermes oder DPD zusammen und DIE sind katastrophal. Insofern bin ich SEHR zufrieden mit Sephora, weil hier eben mit DHL gearbeitet wird.

Bought a 160 eu perfume and after a few months the tap started corroding and the perfume leaking and wasting away .I sent them the bank transaction with gave them details of where and when the perfume was bought yet they said I needed a receipt as they weren't able to access their system. I was expected to keep a receipt of a perfume after 8 months. No help whatsoever, will not be buying from them ever again

Impossibile eseguire un semplice ordine online per regalare una e-gift card! Provato con 2 carte Mastercard diverse tutte con cospicua liquidità all’interno e continuano a rifiutare l’ordine. Chiamo il servizio clienti e unico consiglio: prova con un altra carta senza sapere se ci siano problemi o meno sul circuito! Impossibile pagare con PayPal le carte regalo per loro politica aziendale, quindi ti devi pure fidare di loro e inserire i tuoi dati così!
