If I could give zero stars I would. I've spent thousands of dollars at Sephora and no more. An employee gave me birthday gift away without even stating what it was and Sephora idea of a fix is for me to fly to Buckhead, get the gift from the person and I can exchange it in store. Screw you Sephora. Your employee messed up, not me, I shouldn't have to do the leg work to fix it.

I went to purchase the new Dyson Airwrap for $ 700 to be treated unfairly. The company offers 25% off the price if you apply for their credit card; however because it is a first time charge it caps the limit just below the total amount due for the purchase after discount. They do not do split purchases. They asked me to pay the difference in cash. It was in the evening and I did not have the ability to go to my back or look for an ATM just before the store being close to closing. the employees were rude, touching their noses and then touching the products. Not only that but gossiping about the customers. Such behavior and attitude to me is not acceptable. The company does not have an e-mail to file a complaint. Their customer service is rude as well. I think the employees that worked in the evening on July 16, 2025 at Sephora Hilldale Mall in Madison Wisconsin should be fired. They even do not know the available inventory, do not bother to check , treat the customer as a dumb idiot. I would not even rate them a one star. What a shame I am wondering where they find individuals to work their. Today was my last time that I actually made a purchase at Sephora. Terrible, terrible, terrible......They did not even bother to give me even the points with my purchase. I also never got the discount.

SEPHORA: The worst company ever. I bought a skin product for my granddaughter yesterday. That night she opened it only to find the bottle was empty. Returned to nearest Sephora today to exchange for a new bottle of same. They wouldn’t exchange it because it was purchased in a Sephora in Kohls. They don’t care. Despicable.

Ho acquistato un Jean Paul Gartier, il profumo era in offerta e quindi ho preso la confezione da 125ml, purtroppo però è arrivato in condizioni pessime! ha sicuramente perso liquido, non so neanche quanto, e si nota dal fatto che la confezione, appena aperta, era umida e emanava un odore così forte da infestare tutta la casa, vergogna!

Dear Sephora Customer Service, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred at your Sheffield store on July 12, 2025. After waiting for approximately ten hours, I witnessed a security guard allowing a group of around twenty people, presumably his family, to bypass the line directly in front of me. The security guard then provided this group with wristbands. As a result of this incident, I did not receive the goodie bag that was being offered. I immediately reported this incident to Sephora staff, but no action was taken, and I was informed that Sephora would not accept responsibility. I am deeply concerned about this apparent preferential treatment and the lack of accountability from your staff. I have already sent an email detailing this incident and am awaiting a response. Please be aware that if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the media and release video evidence of the incident. I look forward to your prompt attention to this serious issue.

Mi sono recata nel punto vendita Sephora del centro commerciale di Assago Milanofiori. Sono stata servita da Andrea che si è messa subito a disposizione mia e di mio marito per l'acquisto di un profumo. È stata molto gentile e sorridente e ci ha aiutato con la tessera di Sephora che non trovavamo. Una bella esperienza.

Sephora has gone down hill fast-I have the transcript of my chat with customer service if anyone cares to see it. 1) Shopper at Sephora since 2012 and I’m a Rouge member—I spend thousands of dollars each year here; 2) Online checkout offers shipping to a FedEx pick up office—look at their website on this. They have this option for ease, package safety, and convenience-I chose that option; 3) They shipped using OnTrac and not FedEx (is someone on their operations team a fool? Because you can only use FedEx pick up if you ship through FedEx!); 4) OnTrac stated on tracking that package was rejected and to contact sender; 5) I interacted with Tina online and she just coldly asked “reship it or what?”—then she said system would not allow it because I had to contact the carrier. She said I was given too many “accommodations”. That was puzzling because the last order I received I called them because an item was missing. How is that an accommodation if they had to reship a product I paid for because they didn’t include it? How is this current situation a carrier issue or my issue and not a Sephora issue? Long story short—she finally got a supervisor and reshipped this order using the incorrect name (fingers crossed that I actually get it). When I pointed this out she just disconnected me. I had also used 700 points for samples and she didn’t ask or respond to my request to see if she could add those. I will never shop here again and I will take my thousands of dollars spent here each year to Ulta and Nordstrom. What happens if I don’t get this package? What happens if an item is missing? None of this is my fault and yet in your system suddenly every problem you had is attributed to me? Unbelievable. Stressful. Not worth the hassle.
