What am I reviewing??????

Shortly after we got the Senior Safety system in my mom's house, she actually fell. Her necklace contacted the company, they talked to her and then called the paramedics. Senior safety then contacted me and my sister. It calmed all of us down knowing my mom was okay but just couldn't get herself up and needed assistance to stand. She lives out of state and wants her independence. This is giving her the independence she wants but also the assurance we need as her children.

Service was fine. Buyers need to be advised that unit needs to be connected to internet and be in a CENTRAL location where it can be heard.

It was easy ordering and installing the product. The one thing that I want that I did not get was to be able to talk to my mom if she doesn't answer her phone. I later found out that this service was only available for the equipment that attaches to the landline.
