I think you activated my account…
I think you activated my account without my permission. I was told that I would have to pay monthly fees without being activated. FYI I have been in assisted living and hospital - that is the reason it was not activated. I will either return or activate when I get home in June.

When you called in and spoke with our customer service rep regarding returning the system, you were advised that a refund would be in order for you. I would like to assure you that we cannot activate any account without someone's permission as part of the activation is paying for the service, which was done at the time of ordering. My sister and I had a little difficulty…
My sister and I had a little difficulty setting up the system in my Mom’s home. The directions were too simple for us...😊 We called the company and customer service walked us through the setup. We have tested it a couple times so far, and will continue to do so, until Mom is comfortable with everything. The people on the line have been very helpful and patient.
