First time I pressed button to test system it took about 2 min for an answer. The operator said she could not here me even though I was right next to receiver. The operator was very nice but there was a delay between when I spoke and she answered me. This was not an emergency but I wonder what a real emergency will be like. Wish there was a button on the receiver unit.

Having had a bad experience with another company, I chose to try Senior Safety and I am happy I did! The sign up process was seamless and easy and the unit was preprogrammed and ready for use. Best of all it is less than half the price of a comparable unit from the other company. I highly recommend Senior Safety!

Just received but very easy to understand directions. Tested and the gentleman that responded was very helpful and patient. Wish the GPS was smaller.

I ordered the system for my mother online, which was a very easy process and the device arrived in a timely manner. However, I requested the wrist band, which was not included so I needed to call to request. The set up is quite easy, but the directions do not provide enough detail. Why would you not state that the phone is plugged into the base and the cord into the wall, my 88 year old mother would not have figured that out based on the very limited instructions included.
