Recently, we found a timeshare at the Westin Kaanapali through SellMyTimeShareNow.com.(SMTSN) We submitted a request and were pleasantly surprised when Jennifer quickly responded. The experience and working with her was great! Although our first attempt wasn’t successful and the listing was purchased by Vistana, Jennifer found another timeshare and with her help we made an offer and now we’re owners in Hawaii! So excited! Buying off market requires patience, determination, along with a knowledgeable and experienced agent like Jennifer working with you. We had all that and more with SMTSN! If Jennifer wasn’t available, there was always someone on the staff to answer our questions, give us updates and walk with us in the process. They were responsive, knowledgeable and I have recommended them to friends with confidence.

I had a great experience with SMTN. My wife and I bought two resale Vistana units. The rep was able to help and ensure we purchased the best ones, with mandatory club ownership (so we would get points for other resorts) and with the lowest maintenance cost per point. The closing process was lengthy, but that was due to the right-of-first-refusal, the title process and the vacation club taking its sweet time acknowledging the change. SMTN set those expectations and they were darn close. We have already used our new ownership. Super trustworthy company, good service, including a follow up when the process was “all done”.

A great place to go to sell or buy a timeshare. Easy overall experience and sell me timeshare now assisted the e tire way though. No brainer will use again if needed !

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I have seen negative reviews and personally I think that people are mad because they want what they want. So even though it’s not the companies fault why their time share won’t sell fast enough. They blame the company. I guess people have to blame someone. Again this company was upfront with me and the process was smooth. Good and honest company.
