I signed up with this company a year and 8 months ago and my timeshare still sits, despite lowering the price multiple times and changing the wording.
I expressed my frustration with them and they always say they will see what they can do and nothing happens. What a waste of money. It is basically just a listing service. I find it hard to believe I have not gotten one offer. This is a great timeshare that you can use at so many different properties at most anytime during the year.
They were happy to take my money though. Now I am out $3,000. Should have just gone through my timeshare company's buy back program.
They will probably respond to this review and apologize and say they want to help but will do nothing.
So disappointed!!!!

Take advantage of seniors
I feel very taken advantage of.
They make outrageous suggestions on the pricing of my great lake tahoe timeshare but it dosen't seem like they follow through. I depended on their expertise and basically found out my timeshare was probably very overestimated. Lake Tahoe had the best winter ever and they hardly did much of anything to promote that. I had to be the one to call them. I had to consider lowering the price. Aren't they the experts? Is this website just a fraud? I think once you pay plenty $$$ upfront they barely do anything to help or advise. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend and would like my money back if they even look at this review. They seem like scammed on the selling side. Do not trust them or give them any money. As I said, lake tahoe to this day had their best ski season and not one inquiry?
Something is very fishy. I strongly think they are just doing nothing extra. No advice unless I reach out? I would prefer my money back but I don't think they are reputable to consider that. They obviously enjoy taking advantage of seniors that would like to end a relationship. Summary. High price-- No service-- no communication-- overestimate the value so you get interested.
Fyi it is a wonderful timeshare.
I just don't live nearby anymore.

I tried contacting them about buying a timeshare four times, two different ways, and never was able to speak with anyone about buying a timeshare. So, we aren't buying one. Too bad for those sellers who would really like to sell.

Look at going market prices for realistic expectations.
We sold our Timeshare for a fraction of what we thought we would get based on our initial conversations with SMTN.

Still waiting
Sounds like a great way to get out of a time share. Paid the $7000 listing fee, listed, now 6 months later one low ball offer and no follow up from agent. Have used online website to lower price once. Had a problem with follow up by dept to handle maintance fee reimbursement. Have asked for details on other sales in my resorts with no follow up. I guess I still have hope but sales process implied a bit better responce. You must have an "approved" resort for company to accept your listing. Based on their guidence we feel we have a fair listing.
