SCAM SCAM SCAM. Stay away. They will take an upfront payment because they will never sell your timeshare for you. Think about it, if they were so confident then why would they need an upfront payment and not just a commission on a sale. I got scammed so save yourself the headache and DO NOTUSE THIS COMPANY
