My husband and I have recently purchased a time share (fractional) in Breckenridge, Colorado, and we are close to closing on a second timeshare. My husband and I are extremely detail oriented and have high expectations. For both purchases, we worked with SellMyTimeshareNOW. Before doing so, we contacted a local Breckenridge realtor who initially contacted SMTN on our behalf, and gave us a thumbs up on SMTN. A second Breckenridge Realtor also vouched for the closing and escrow company associated with SMTN, though she thought it might take us a little longer to close, which was not a problem for us. While we needed to work out a few snags at the beginning, thanks to Jeana Clarkin who worked with SMTN, our Grand Timber Lodge weeklong winter biennial purchase finally closed. Jeana was very conscientious and followed through on everything we needed. I wish we had worked with her from the start. In our case, the sellers delayed, but finally, it all worked out. Jeana kept us fully informed. We were also 100% pleased with SMTN escrow service. They returned our calls, answered our questions and updated us on our closing. Very professional and courteous! Since we now understand the process, we will move forward with our second purchase through SMTN...an annual summer week at Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge. We are scheduled to close this June 2023.
