EDIT: Today, Jan 9, I got my refund. The only thing I didn't appreciate all the silence and the fact that I was being ignored. Can't cancel and get a refund. I had a change of heart within the 10 days in the contract, which they say they will refund within 20 days, and it's been more than a month, since November 11, and they still didn't refund me. I read some responses here about a docusign, but they didn't sent me anything. As a matter of fact, I've been emailing them daily and they don't respond.

I can say that Sell my Timeshare Now (SMTN) was a piece of the puzzle that I was missing to actually sell my timeshare and get it out of my hair. Like many people, my first thought was that this is a scam. Even though I had my timeshare up for a few years it did finally sell because someone saw it listed on SMTN. When signing the contract to list my timeshare, they did say that they would help walk me through the closing process. That part I can’t vouch for. I had to go through that process on my own and there were A LOT of hoops and hurdles to navigate. SMTN just showed up after it was sold saying congratulations.

SMTN takes your money upfront. The interaction is fast paced during early process. Then crickets. To sell, they recommend one solution, lower the price. At the end of the process, they were able to sell my timeshare. I have no complaints about using them again, it's just slow and a little painful, but eventually worked. The best part is that you only deal with multiple members of SMTN.
