I started my process in May 2026 after leaving a Sheraton Timeshare One-on-One presentation. I wasn't sure what to expect w/SMTN but everything went well. 1-2 minor setbacks (timeshare owners not getting back to us about my interest/offer, etc) but nothing on the part of the agent I worked with, Mr Antonio Morgan. He did his best to get me exactly what I wanted & since this is the Secondary Market, I had to understand it's not an exact science. Overall I think SMTN offers a Great service to purchase a Timeshare (at a tremendous discount) & I was happy to work with Mr Antonio Morgan. Last week I was finally able to setup my acct & make a RSVP at my new base resort for 2027 :)

This is my second purchase of a timeshare through sell my timeshare. First was very good and went well. Second was flawless. The agents are very knowledgeable and communicate well. I definitely recommend.

I paid thousands of dollars to have them sell my penthouse timeshare. They suggested we price it around $35,000. There was no interest in it until I made it the lowest priced one available, less than $5000. Still, there were few inquiries that went nowhere and only one sincere offer over the span of 4 years. That offer would have yielded me a $100 profit. So I chose to just rent out my place every year, and then eventually walk away from it. I cancelled my SMTN account as it was a total waste of time and money. Their sales people are slick and will lead you to believe that you'll profit from selling with them. This business sells you HOPE, when all you will get is DISAPPOINTMENT.

I Would Not Recommend SMTN – Poor Transparency and Accountability SMTN was persistent in contacting us before payment, yet obtaining meaningful responses to serious concerns afterwards has been extremely difficult. I am representing my elderly, unwell parents regarding important conditions and limitations of their timeshare advertising and maintenance fee reimbursement services that were not adequately explained upfront. Despite months of emails, portal correspondence and formal complaints, our questions remain unanswered. Customer service simply referred us to the contract and suggested arranging a time to discuss the possibility of a courtesy credit, despite our correspondence clearly stating this was not what we wanted. Repeated requests for a response from senior management have also gone unanswered. The contrast between their sales approach and their handling of complaints raises serious concerns about transparency, management and accountability. Be very careful if dealing with this company!

My agent was very trustworthy and knowledgeable about Hilton timeshares, the process, the pricing. He was able to answer every question I had. He replied to every email and phone call. If I buy more hgvc points I’ll be calling them.

I listed my Marriott trust points and Summit Watch and after 2 years I only had 1 “look” at my offerings. After getting the sale, I rarely heard from the salesperson! I paid my maintenance fee as agreed upon but it wasn’t reimbursed until I signed over more points. No one ever explained why I needed to do that but I needed the money. I’m a motivated seller because my husband passed and I don’t want to travel alone. But I don’t ever want to deal with this company again

Over the past couple years, I have purchased two timeshares from Sell My Timeshare Now. I would recommend anyone to work with SMTN in order to either buy or sell a timeshare anywhere in the world. I'll definitely be working with this team again for my next purchase.
