SellMyTimeshareNOWReviews of sellmytimesharenow.com

Excellent Experience! Working with Sell My Timeshare Now was an excellent experience. We purchase another timeshare from them and Thomas was professional and responsive. He made it a very easy transaction for us. Given the opportunity, I would use them again!

SMTN was a excellent company to deal with. The entire process was simple and they took care of your needs from start to sale. During the process I consulted my agent Ben Cochrane to change and help refigure our net amount. Very simple thanks to Ben. The sale and paper work was all prepared by SMTN and in a few weeks I had my check with the amount promised. Many companies will jack you around; not SMTN Thanks to Ben Respects Robert Larson

I had looked into a few companies to help me sell my timeshare but SellMyTimeshareNow was the only one that was successful. Finding a buyer did take a number of months but once it was sold they took care of all the paperwork including filing with the County Assessor, sending me detailed paperwork on what I needed to fill out etc. They were very communicative during the sale process.

I purchased a Hilton Elara timeshare last year which was fast and quick I also put my Hawaii Pono Kai timeshare for sale last year the same time I purchased Elara in 2022. I only got one response on it this year in May 2023. I even took $1000 off asking price .Hopefully it sells this year.

Sell my time was great. They sold both of our units in Maui. It took a while however with a soft market we stayed the course and found two buyers. Thanks again!

I purchased a timeshare through them and even though it took longer than expected to close the deal I have the property deeded in my name and have used it. I would not have purchased the property at retail price from the resort directly but at this price it made me make a move. I helped my mother in-law post her week for sale on their site and she didn't have as great as an experience. She was asking a high price but the fact that they made her pay big bucks upfront for the listing is a bit off putting. They should charge $100 max for the listing as it's inventory for them. I believe she paid close to $500 and they originally wanted $1,000. At the end of the day I'm overall happy with their selection and the price I paid but don't agree with their high listing pricing.

I’ve advertised with this company for over a year now. I have received 4 offers but there is no transparency on who the prospective buyers are. I have also reduced the sale price by nearly half in an attempt to achieve a sale. Disappointingly, when an offer is received, there is no update received from SellMyTimeshare as to what they have done to contact the buyer and negotiate a sale. I just keep writing to them like a blank wall. It looks like a complete scam to me as we’ve paid huge sum if money to advertise on this website. Emails sent to the customer care and agent (we can’t call as we are based overseas) are either not responded to or even if a response is received after many days, all they will tell you is there is no news from the buyer (and the same thing occurs again and again since this is the 4th offer I’ve received ). It’s a huge question mark if anything has been done to contact the prospective buyer. It’s a complete waste of money and very disappointing experience indeed.

I had many questions before pursuing a offer they didn't rush me answered my question in a timely manner.
