3 weeks into setting up an account - constant issues. They have taken the £30 monthly subscription, but I can't upload an products, as they say they can't take fees (they have already taken a fee) chat were no help at all. I'm wondering if my shop will even get off the ground. Some online platforms are set up within 2-5 days.

No seller protection! Refunding Scammers immediately when Royal Mail Tracking says DELIVERED! Amazon is a scam machine!!! Charging you fees, advertising, shipping label and when delivered???? REFUNDING SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! WooooW!!!!!!

The first issue is a generic problem in that the interface is ridiculously and overly complex. The new interface has reorganised the menu into illogical groupings that bear no resemblance whatsoever to the old interface. The strange thing is that the system keeps jumping back to the old interface, leaving customers needing to understand the structure in BOTH interfaces. It's a shambles and needs sorting. The second point is about our recent experience of the support which we have found to have been abysmal. We have found that the support reps seem to give different answers to the same question depending on what day or even time of day you ask the question. They don't seem to understand basic English. They have even at one point answered a completely different question than that asked. They have given us incorrect or wrong information. They have closed a case down without even answering it. In the worst interaction (an email request), they completely ignored every single issue that we listed point by point. We had written this email knowing that there were comprehension issues so we made it extra clear. We took too time to describe the problems we were having with uploading some new replacement images; we listed these issues point by point. Instead of responding to these points, they ignored the ENTIRE content of our email and told us that everything was fine with our old images. Incredibly, they completely missed the point that we didn't even want these old images! We have come to the conclusion that either there is a language barrier or Amazon need to employ more intelligent staff. We don't know which it is but either way, after 2 weeks of over 20 requests, we still have not been given the information we need.

I signed up for there individual seller account. Once I got on to my page I was automatically charged $39.99 for a pro seller account that they have automatically defaulted. Initially they refunded me but my bank said due to the way that they sent it they sent it they could not accept it so it was reversed. I called up let them know what the situation was nothing. I called emailed did whatever I could. Their customer service is straight up trash as they are not going to help you whatsoever. Your best bet is to contact your bank and do a dispute. Try getting a hold of the Better Business Bureau because they can't keep treating customers like they want. They see it as we need them they don't need us.

A year ago, I opened an account. Since the fees were so high, with no profit, I decided to switch to a smaller subscription. Nevertheless, I was still charged €100s of euros monthly. Then I wanted to close my accounts however this seems to be an impossible task. The links they send don't work, customer service apparently can't do this for me and still every month a few €100s euros goes out of my credit card. Till today, I'm still trying to close my account so these unnecessary charges are done.

Attempting to set up an Amazon seller store was the biggest waste of my life for 2 whole weeks. It is unbelievable how bad the service is. Especially when you consider the consumer side of their platform being pretty exceptional in terms of customer experience. But as a seller, you aren't anything special. They will lock you out of your account for no reason. Their listing process is extremely complicated. Their support is non-existent. You will get automated message after automated message, none of it making any logical human sense. Besides the complete waste of time, my email address seems to have been scraped and I have been spammed no end, from all angles since I tried to set this store up. I shut down the store and deleted my account. The automated emails from seller central and the spam have not stopped. Honestly wish I never wasted my time signing up.

Absolutely disgusting they have lost 2 shipments of mine every time I reach out they ask for the same invoice which I’ve sent 15 times. My FBA was delivered in February and still they don’t help! Terrible customer service 🙈

Rubbish, a platform full of bugs. The assistance almost does not exist as they need to escalate all the time and solving issues is really difficult. Pure rubbish.
