A big company that drains the world of money without telling them, I recently opened an amazon seller account, they stole money from me for verification 2 times money that did not come back, then 30 pounds I closed my account realized that there is no point in collaborating with them, I was not informed of the amount, although I had read that it is 0.75£ for the sale of an item, and 30 for sellers who probably sell a lot, they deducted 30 without asking, I am trying to contact them but you don't have an email, it tells you on the appi seller's website, they answer that they want more details and nothing concrete, I don't answer your request, I haven't been able to return my money

Seller Central is a scam IMHO.
Seller Central is a scam IMHO.
They create problems, pretend it's our fault, and then pretend to offer "Help"...such a joke!
I've been with them for over six years, and have seen every trick in the book.
Their biggest farce is ridiculous and confusing "canned" email replies. There's no end to them if you fall for their "Help" scams.
One of their worst offenses is overcharging for clicks far beyond bids. And/or charging for hundreds of clicks which produce no sales.
I know exactly what my average "Conversion Rates" of Clicks per sale are for each book. Thus, even clicks charged at default bid levels are bogus.
Whatever you do, DO NOT, contact Seller Central in any way regarding this review. I've heard more than enough of their B.S..
Thanks for posting my review....
You presented an option of submitting my review, or information therein, to Seller Central.
Why would anyone in their right mind, having dealt with Seller Central, release such information?
Thus offering themself as another victim of an ongoing charade.
I'm hoping this site is more than just a forum for folks to vent their frustration.
Does it offer any suggestions of legal recourse? If so, has any such recourse been effective?
Seller Central has been hit with tons of lawsuits, for good reason.
Class-action lawsuits are common, offered by both the BBB and FTC.
Anyone here have any luck there? Anyone here having an attorney on retainer had any success?
Thanks again. Hope I can find some meaningful answers here.

A Bunch Of Thieves
My account got deactivated immediately they charged my credit card. I have tried to appeal my account deactivation, but they have not answered at all. I keep trying to request assistance, but after they saying I'm not in the right channel for submitting any appeal. A complete and utter disgrace.

useless "help page"
useless "help page" that only generate a prewritten email, which does not answer any questions posed. When you get stuck, troubleshooting without any guidance from the company is really hard. It looks like a pointless exercise when you try to indentify and fix the problem while being clueless and out of options.

Stay away from this company especially…
Stay away from this company especially if you have a business, if you don't believe me before selling in this portal go and read the forums, I just give you two tips, non-existent assistance service, they block money for months even large amounts and even without reason, there are companies that have gone into big trouble due to lack of liquidity, if you can avoid it

Falsely charged subscription fee not being reimbursed
I signed up via a link for Individual Seller account in Germany which transformed into a professional sellers account in the midst of my identity verification. This led to having a global professional seller account. Once I complained about this unintentional professional account the North American subscription was canceled and I got the fee reimbursed to my seller account (by doing so they acknowledge the mistake in their system). Sad side of the story is that I still did not manage to move my balance of Amazon's seller dashboard as my Credit Card on record is not valid. This does not make sense as I already have a verified bank account and identity on file but the transfer of balance cannot be started until I give a new valid credit card (this is illegal). On top of that, once my North American account was paused the Japanese marketplace automatically started charging a subscription fee and until now (2 months) I have not been granted a reimbursement after multiple email exchanges with their user support. The seller forums of amazon I full of complaints about this scammy behavior…

The biggest fraud -AMAZON SELLER CENTRAL
No clear rules, no helpline. They deactivate my account because they can. They block my money and charge me for a service I did not request. No adequate answer, you receive the same answer no matter what your question is.
You cannot find any contacts especially if your account is deactivated.
DONT LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE PROFFESIONAL CHEATERS!

Amazon is participating in illegal…
Amazon is participating in illegal price fixing and monopoly scam. The way it works. I am a new seller at Amazon. I sourced products from US based wholesalers and posted it on Amazon.
These products all have UPCs and brand owners have created these listings on Amazon before me. All I am doing is listing my inventory and selling these products, basically competing for the "buy box".
Few days after I began selling, my account got shut down. Amazon sent me a message that I might be selling unauthentic products and asked me to submit invoices, agreements and any other information that may prove otherwise.
I did everything and more. I sent to Amazon all the contracts, invoices, contact details of the wholesalers.
Amazon received more than enough information that they need to verify. Nobody bothered to verify anything. I believe nobody at Amazon has even looked at it. It's just not being researched as Amazon promises. Replies are computer generated and generic messages sent by a software.
Several going back and forth, Amazon has been sending me messages saying that I am not selling authentic products, even after I provided an overwhelming amount of information proving otherwise. Nothing gets through. No human reads it period.
Here is the reason. Amazon does not want 3rd party sellers promoting brands and selling it under a certain price, in that case Amazon will make less money in commissions, but it's illegal to enforce it this way. It's against monopoly laws. It also allows brand owners to go against supreme court rule from 2017 - you buy it, you own It, so that sellers do not buy branded items at the wholesale prices to list it on Amazon below MSRP. This law "you buy it you own it" clearly says that if you purchased an item legally, it's yours to do as you wish and the brand owner waves all the rights.
Legally brand owners cannot say that they do not want 3rd party sellers. Amazon is allowing this scenario instead, the maker - brand owner and the seller are the same and no 3rd party seller can come close. That is price fixing and monopolizing. That way brand owners can price their products on Amazon at the highest possible prices, Amazon makes more in commissions and brand owners do not have to worry about underselling products at wholesale prices. This is the biggest scam of all times, when you are dealing with the majority of market share. We are talking about billions of dollars. This is FRAUD! Everyone wins except the tiny flea like me - the seller that is supposed to be protected by the US laws, laws that failed miserably. It feels like I am living in a 3rd world country, not the United States. My rights are violated and nobody is doing anything about it.
It does not take a genius on Amazon to add filters in Amazon's database, where it's a checkmark - 3rd party sellers allowed per product or not, that would be illegal. Instead Amazon allows everyone to list as they wish, making it look like everything is according to laws and comfortably pretend that sellers are listing counterfeit products (as they mention may be counterfeit), shutting down their accounts based on assumption and asking to provide documentation that nobody is even reviewing at Amazon!!!! Amazon is in on this scam with brand owners and it's sad that our American judiciary system is allowing it to happen.Where are the US laws. Where is the bill of rights? Where is the free market? This is illegal, this is 100% FRAUD. I don't understand where the US congress is looking at and why it is allowed to continue.
I am one of hundreds of thousands of victims of this and I want it to stop!
P.S. Someone I know went through the same process and after a while, he made a lot more sales compared to me and Amazon frozen $4,000 on his account. Few days ago, Amazon sent this individual the following (not only Amazon is committing FRAUD, they have stolen money from this person):
After completing our investigation and reviewing the information you provided, we have determined that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity (W*T*F?) that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.
