Worst experience ever of setting up a shop even as bad as Tiktok. Constantly went round in circles with their so called customer service department. Gave up in the end, if you want to sell on amazon then don't bother unless you have lots of time to waste.

Refused my delivery to fba warehouse as it was with royal mail, called and apparently i was supposed to know that it needs to be "partnered courier"? How am i supposed to know this. useless shocking experience. Asked for reimbursment and refused.

Hello world every days 100 seller left amazon platform because amazon policy is for other seller wrong but for Amazon is right All the wealth that Amazon has is from the money of these sellers, but Amazon treats sellers unfairly Amazon itself violates its policy every day, but no one can say anything to Amazon It is a product, Amazon sells below the price, but when I lower the price, then the brand complains to me, this is not fair at all.So why does Amazon violate the price policy. I was selling three products from the same brand, but due to a mistake in pricing, Amazon disabled my seller account . This was a mistake that happened but it was not true. I send real invoice with delivery proof with payment proof to Amazon because ask these three documents now after checking all the the documents was correct and real thane amazon ask about authorized letter from the brand but IAM a seller not Distributor I buy all these products from real Disterbuter in USA Now my account is deactivated Doesn't anyone give me this authorized letter because it's the brand secret letter no give it to me Really really amazon is very bad platform

Amazon is by far the worst platform I have ever worked with. The amount of bureacratic overload is really rediculous. We have been working to start selling on Amazon for almost a year now, and it's still not working properly. I got a new credit card, and right away Amazon deactivates our account, making me upload all kinds of documents that have already been provided before. It's really sad in my opinion, that such a big company can't make something better. It's almost as if they have a specific department, who's job it is to make the platform as complex and difficult for the user as possible. I never leave bad reviews on anything, but I'm making an exception here.

The most incompetent seller platform in the world !!! I'm writing as the owner of Premium Cells Direct on the Amazon UK marketplace. I started selling on Amazon UK in April 2024. Everything went well for approx 3 weeks and then Amazon took down all my listings for an alleged DESIGN INFRINGEMENT !!!!!!!!!!! This was based on a report of an EXTREMELY SHADY Chinese account and design registration owner. Amazon took down my listing , despite : 1. The design was different including completely different colour. 2. The design was registered in 2023 while my product is on the market since 2018 !!! All this was proven but AMAZON dont give a .... I also registered my own design based 100% on my product and they ignored that as well !!! UNBELIEVEABLE ! Pure criminal . I am seeking more evidence before I will go to the court. If anyone of you have a similar experience , please contact me so we can go for a group court proceeding where we will have higher leverage ! Amazon is pure criminal.

Amazon is not seller friendly platform. They charge heavy fees using their platform. They charge you referral fee, per unit sold fee, per unit Fulfillment fee, Inbound placement fee, Disposal fees, Return and reimbursement fee, storage fees and many fees which ultimately keep your business under losses. All these fees are disastrous for your business Only few sellers are ranked who are their own brands or sold and shipped by amazon itself. FBA and FBM are both suffering from these plunders. They ranked their own products and brand sold by them. They charge heavy advertisement fees while your product will never go up on the first page. They can suspend your account any time without warning and block your disbursements. Providing documents again and again will never be useful as they work with bots , not with humans. At the end you will be in a big trouble. So i dont recommend this platform where you business is at risk of deactivation and heavy losses. They recently held sellers responsible over VAT issue which was Amazon responsibility to remit to HMRC.Now, thousands of sellers are providing them the required documents but the bots dont agree and suspend the hard earned money of sellers without any prior warning. Disbursement of funds are suspended since long and Amazon does noy care. No one can help the bots to understand the issue. Their staff dont have required knowledge and skills to resolve your issue if you ever have to chat with them. The staff will search the issue from the amazon guidance , copy and then paste the information in the chat box. If you want to discuss something, they will simply copy and paste. It means they have also made them the bots who dont have senses to respond with their own brains as their knowledge is limited and dependent over copy paste. The platform is extremely risky and insecure. Do at your own risk and responsibility.
