I am slowly pulling out of Amazon, they care nothing about their sellers. They keep your money for weeks to pay for their expansion and then heve the audacity to offer you a loan to keep going! Seller support is non existant, their fees are ridiculous and they will steal your products when they start to sell well. "Please submit original invoices to prove authenticity" i.e who are your suppliers, we need to cut you out.

If I could rate 0 I would, this all started when I received an email about a suspicious activity on the 20th of January, then I get this message when I try to login "account locked temporarily", I reached out to customer service several times via chat and phone call, they keep moving me in circles without any real solution It's either they have no clue what they are doing or their action is intentional, two of their customer service support even sent me an email with a link to the seller central account login page, why would I need a link to the general login page?... when I'm unable to login? This is beyond ridiculous!, It's more of a mockery at this point, on top of that they continue to send marketing emails like nothing happened.

worst system. worst support. long delays trying to get simple support for a broken system. do not recommend. stay away.

I'm offering my products on multiple platforms but this just is a disaster. Tried to upload a product in this maze but I just couldn't. Every time there was a notification that didn't make any sense. I spent hours on uploading it, watching video's in the library, watchting video's on other platforms, but all didn't seem to have the answer. In short; what a disaster this is.

Worst experience ever. First of all, I’ve created an individual account which is a fee of 0.96cents per item sold but they charged me a fee of 47USD for the business account. I’ve requested a refund and initially said that my bank account info is invalid and they cannot process a refund, even though they used the same details to charge me. When i made a fuss about it they told me that now my bank info are correct, even though i did not change anything, and they will process my refund within the next 3 weeks. Since i made the registration, my personal contact info were leaked and i keep receiving spam calls from INDIA. When i raised my concerns with their customer support they simply ended the live chat without an explanation. I requested to close my account and asked about the guarantees that my personal info will be removed from their database, but apparently they cannot give me any guarantees. STAY AWAY!! I am running seller accounts on other major platforms and i had no such issues !!

No support team, no proper data collection and showing everything they are showing is just fake

Ordered a laptop from Amazon resale. When received it contained 2 bottles of water. On-line chat a nightmare, took four attempts explaining what happened before I got an email asking for photos. Sixth day since sending photos not a thing from Amazon. This is Xmas present and will have very disappointed child if Amazon don’t respond. 😡😡

I am extremely disappointed with Amazon Seller Central’s handling of sellers. My Amazon Mexico account was suspended due to so-called Section 3 violations, but the process was nothing short of a nightmare. Every time I submitted an appeal, I received the same generic, automated responses from bots. It’s obvious that no real person was reviewing my case. What’s even more frustrating is the inconsistency in their approach. I use the same strategy for my Amazon Canada account, and it’s operating without issues. How can Amazon claim my practices violate their policies in one region while being acceptable in another? This double standard makes no sense and shows a lack of proper oversight. Amazon claims to support small businesses, but the reality is different. They rely on automated systems that don’t provide any clarity or real solutions. Sellers like me, who have done everything in good faith, are left frustrated and financially damaged. I trusted Amazon to be a partner in growing my business, but instead, I’ve been treated unfairly and with no accountability. Their lack of transparency and reliance on bots to handle critical seller issues is unacceptable. If you’re considering selling on Amazon, think twice. Their platform might seem like an opportunity, but their treatment of sellers tells a different story.
