Amazon is the biggest scammer and gangster. My seller account is linked to someone else that has nothing to do with my business. Yes its that funny.

Amazon have no Seller Support. It is beyond a joke and creates a mental health nightmare for their sellers. If Jeff Bezos tried it himself, he would not be pleased, but perhaps he does not mind ??

ALL too often, Amazon do NOT deliver to our door, but to the TABLE in the FOYER...OF OUR FLATS, AKA a PUBLIC area, but are good enough to take a photo. It is often the 1 and only time we get to see it, as it often vanishes. You see, they can't even be bothered to BUZZ our flat (via the intercom system) so it could be hours B4 we notice it has arrived, and often by then, it's too late. And who do you think gets blamed? why WE do, obviously. So now? our orders are being cancelled...PRICEless Amazon, ABsoLUTEly PRICEless

I was being charged for prime membership every month for the past 13 months, yet I was paying for shipping charges every time, when I finally got through to a representative and explain the situation we found out I have two accounts one that is charging me for the prime membership every month and the other one with no prime membership every month where everything was being charged to, which makes me highly suspect that this is a scam, one of many that Amazon uses, but being an attorney and practicing law for the past 48 years, this will not be the end of it when we got down to the nuts and bolts of the situation. They said they can’t refund me for the shipping charges with some lame excuse so we’re going to file suit, and go to court on this, it might even go to a class action lawsuit. I’m pretty sure it will actually and when it starts costing him millions of dollars, heads will roll. I guarantee that because the lawsuit can’t be lost. Everything is documented with recorded conversations Bank records, credit card records with the prime membership being charged every month and not being used, And the last person I spoke with a supervisor with Customer Service at Amazon on a recorded conversation said he doesn’t have the authority nor does he have the ability to talk to somebody who has the authority to reimburse my shipping charges, in my 48 years of practice why I’ve never seen a case I’m more convinced cannot be lost in court , and they will pay for all punitive damages, among many other things that would be brought up and charged for, there’s no 12 people that will ever give them the benefit of the doubt on this, I would stake everything I have on that being a fact!

This e-commerce website is just a money grab. I was setting up my accounts and the charges started. I would receive an email saying we have charged your credit card x amount of dollars. Not providing me details regarding the charge. I sent them a message on the platform asking them what was the charges for, no response. I had to cancel my card because the charges kept coming. Avoid amazon seller central, they will bankrupt you.

Worst ecommerce - They are charging listing price 60rs for 200rs product. They were charging 15rs for listing for the same product and all of a sudden they started charging 60rs for the same product. When I asked thi to amzon they say they are not very sure.

Seriously I did not think the service I receive from Amazon seller Central could get any worse but then they actually started stealing money from me. They are the lowest form of life on the planet. I had one pallet of very low value goods with them value approximately £100 and to date they have charged me £2000 in excess storage charges Without any notification or warning. Really how low can you sink as a giant corporation?
