Man ska verkligen akta sig för Amazon! Många produkter som de säljer har mycket dålig kvalitet och matchar inte beskrivningen på deras hemsida. Mycket dålig och ganska otrevlig kundtjänst och om någonting går fel så går det inte att reda ut! Aldrig mera Amazon!

Very bad, they don’t help you and they always send you the same message

Amazon seller is just bad nothing works properly no proper instuction , images doesn t upload is just a joke .

Took charged £30 for seller account that I was not aware of until after I signed up, then got an email saying it was a monthly fee. Tried to get my money back and opt out. Had to fill out a contact form who told me I had to "verify" my bank account in order to get a refund - I have no idea what the 10 lots of $1 account verification withdrawals were for if this didn't count as bank verification. Perhaps they need more money off me so they can shaft me even more! I tried to reply and it said sorry you are talking to a robot, please go back 2 spaces. Diabolical customer service. Avoid like the plague.

They make it very hard to know where charges are coming from. Turns out they were charging my card for over a year for bs charges selling in other countries. No products ever sold there though. And it is very hard to make simple adjustments in the settings. They have too many setting because amazon seller central tries to scrape every single penny they can. It is pure greed. And why make a platform that people hate. I think most ppl hate using seller central. Also ppl are no longer making money by selling on amazon fba..the data show that for the last few years the only people making money are those that a re legacy and have had stores for years. Amazon finds the successful fba merchants and copies their products. And then supresses their business. If you are thinking about fba selling dont do it. The onboarding process to be comes a seller and get your products online is miserbale laborious and time wasting. They say stuff like you need to register ownership then make hoops for you to jump thru endlessly. It is so stupid I have nwver worked with a big company that is so petty about dollars and cents. I cannot wait to live in a wolrd where amazon fails and temu is the leader in ecomm. Amazon is a company that people hate. No one loves amazon anymore. They only serve shareholds.

I am beyond speechless on how bad seller central is. So called support team is all from Pakistan, Afganistan, India and have no idea about EU Rules/regulations. Product Compliance team is completely broken, they create their own laws that conflicts with EU laws and regulations. Multiple product upload/sync functionality is buggy and will most likely get your account suspended. FBA options offered by Amazon is even worse as if they will 99% loose your stocks. Their warehouse team never sends your stocks back. So if you did a bad move and put stocks into Amazon FBA, say good bye to those stocks. Amazon basically stole over 250 units of stocks from us. They prevent you from recalling your stocks back with spagetti code that never works. Their support will direct you to use a template and when template upload functions throws out a different error, you will be forced to try to explain your issue to 20 different indian customer support representative which only transfers chat from staff member a to b. It is super weird that a trillion dollar company can have this badly developed tools. They deserve to be forgotten by consumers/retailers and the only good future for amazon is their death. Humanity needs to stop supporting this type of bad companies.

Never purchase from amazon resale! I purchased an item and it came from amazon resale. It arrived with the product missing and ripped open packaging. I contacted amazon immedietly to return the order due to this , returned the order and started to receive strange messages on amazon chat support for requests to send my actual passport to the philippines and strange requests for personal photos and infomation . I tried to report this but amazon support refused to take my report of the suspicious activity and i still have not received a replacement or refund of the product i ordered. I requested to end my membership with amazon due to this hurrendous expierence and they point blank refused, i have been a good customer for years and this is outrageous what ive had to put up with.
