Easy access, clean and safe. I had a great experience!

I was impressed by the extra attention this facility put on security. The guard even came to my unit and reminded me off closing hours since I was cutting it close. I appreciated knowing that they take it seriously so I know my stuff will be safe there.

I did not have a good experience. I signed up online for the Web rate back in May 2015 for a 5x5 top floor unit for $59, which I was happy with. By December 2016 the rate increased to $79 (which was the walk-in rate for a first floor 5x5 unit, the rate for a walk-in top floor unit was $69 at the time). I complained to the manager and he said an increase notice was snail mailed to me. I did not receive any email or regular mail about the increase. He then said he would set the rate back to $59. After two more months the rate was still at $79, even after each time I complained. I moved my stuff out of storage and gave them a written notice to leave. I've never been back since. I do not like being lied to. I also did not like their hours of operation. If I recall, access to your unit is restricted within a certain time period by automated locks (6am - 10pm). But they never indicated they were a 24 hour facility so I was not too mad about that. There is also very limited room for trucks/trailers to park if you have to move in/out while others are doing the same, so take this into consideration. There is only 1 way in/out of the building with 2 elevators. You have to punch in your unit code every time you enter the building and access the elevator to your floor, which is secure but a major annoyance if you have a lot of stuff.

After raising the rent 50%in six months I was gone! Been a loyal customer for 6 years.

They raised my rent from 69 to 88 dollars over 25% after 5 months. I will never recommend them or do business with them again.

A huge facility, easy access, safe, clean, well managed.

Facility is very clean and smells clean each time I come over. Paul and the lovely ladies at the front desk are very friendly, helpful and courteous. I miss having my stuff kept at their very secure units. I know where I am going again when I need my stuff stored.
