Just sad about the rates increasing so much.

I received a 30 day notice that the rate for my unit was increasing from $75 to $95/month. I understand needing to increase prices yearly, but a 26.67% increase is OUTRAGEOUS! On top of this, when I visited on the evening of 11/15, the elevators were out and there was no possible way to access my unit on the 5th floor (not even via stairs). I needed access to equipment for a trip that I was leaving for the next morning, and instead I ended up having to pay over $100 in rental equipment fees since I couldn't access my unit. I would love to contact someone to discuss this matter, but I can't find an email address anywhere.

They decided to up their prices and I'm still waiting on my letter that I requested that explains why.

Each month I get a dozen or more calls from many different phone numbers all reminding me that I am late, a day, a week; etc. . I know when the bill is due and don't like to constantly be reminded. And then there is always the threat sent of cutting your unit and getting rid of your items.

Storage unit door was broken and kept falling on our heads as we tried to move in. The two parking spots were always occupied which made the move more difficult.

Lovely experience with the lady when picking and signing up for the storage unit however the day of the move in, the code they gave us did not work and our movers were stuck outside in the cold, on our dime! Nobody answered the after hours phone line. It was incredibly disappointing.
