Convenient but gets expensive
The storage units are secure and dry. However, the rates go up every 6 months until the prices after a few years are too expensive. I moved out.

Employees
The experiences I've had here for the past few months have been on and off-meaning it depends on what employee your dealing with and what type of mood their in to help. Some made my day so smoothly and some were down right terrible and never seem to be employeed for long.

they are the bait and switch kinda place
They give you a decent rate in the beginning then jack it up every 4 months 25% these are the worst type of criminals. As they know it cost a lot to then move out and go elsewhere.

The worst company, period.
Horrible service, even worse management, lies to customers, has archaic systems, overcharges every chance they get. Would never use them if they were the Only storage company.
