Edit: I was contacted by the staff about my problem this morning. When writing this review I was emotionally charged and did not have all the facts. A pipe busted resulting in the water damage and a reasonable solution to my problem has been reached. Just came back from my unit and the basement has about 2 inches of water. I'm sure its been there for more than a day. Apparently the staff that works there doesn't care about clean up. ALOT of stuff ruined. Only been there 2 months

It's gotten too expensive!!!!!

It's a storage facility, things got stored.

Overall very good. However could sweep more often and I have experienced issues with the remote code when trying to access the elevator

Maintenance issues, big garage door, elevators down. Otherwise usually clean and functioning well.

We have been using this facility for several your and, overall, have been satisfied with our experience.

Good place to keep your valuable household property. i have been at Storage one for about 30 years.
