This is the best storage place I've ever dealt with!
This company has a great facility and great employees working there. I'd definitely entrust my belongings with them again.

Very professional and responsive
The entire time we had storage at this facility was pleasant and the employees were very responsive to our questions and concerns. We felt very well cared for.

Rate increases of 60% - overnight and without notice
With increases like that it began to feel less like a storage facility and more like a hostage situation.

Incompetence of management lead to experiencing massive fees
Facility was inaccessible during contacted hours (24 hours facility). Unable to make contact with manager. Call center unable to access manager. I needed to retrieve my items in order to make my scheduled move into a new condo building. The issue was never resolved and I missed my move, which caused me to personally occur approximately $1000 in fees rescheduling the move.

Service is not very good
Service is not very good. Also, price increase is every 6 months

Great facility and super people
We had our things stored for two years and had a fabulous experience. Everyone on the staff is friendly, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Self Storage 1
