I've ordered from Selenichast several times and overall I've had a positive experience. The jewelry is beautiful, unique, and looks just like the pictures. Shipping was smooth, and I really like the designs. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I find the prices a bit high for the quality. Unfortunately, I've had small stones fall out of the settings on more than one ring after some wear. I expected better durability considering the price. That said, I would still recommend Selenichast if you're looking for elegant and distinctive jewelry. I just hope they continue to improve the quality of their craftsmanship.

Hi Rubén, Thank you so much for your thoughtful and honest feedback—and especially for choosing Selenichast several times. 💛 We’re delighted that you love the designs and have had an overall positive experience with us. At the same time, we’re truly sorry to hear that stones have fallen out of more than one ring. We completely understand your concern about durability, especially considering the price, and we’re taking your feedback seriously. We’ll share it with our production and quality-control teams so we can continue improving our craftsmanship. We’ve also contacted you by email and sincerely hope we can resolve this properly for you. Thank you again for your continued support and for giving us the opportunity to do better. Best wishes Selenichast Team
