Really amazing brand
It delivered on time. The opals are genuinely so stunning and high quality! Everyone asked me where I got my jewellery from because the pieces are so unique - I got the opal turtle earrings and the opal princess necklace. I also purchased a flower necklace for my friend’s bday and she loved it!!

Great customer service and attention to the customer's needs. I had a couple of minor issues with a bracelet and they sent me another one for free, and even kindly apologized about it. I appreciated the care and the readiness to help. I am a customer for life

I have ordered from Selenichast over the past few years and I am consistently happy with the value of the product for the price, the quality of their packaging, and their responsiveness. I had a mix up with my order, and they promptly fixed it with an added gift.

Absolutely stunning jewlery! Very pretty, high quality and very affordable! I've bought from their site twice now and I have all intentions to return :) They also sent the jewlery very fast both times and I can safely say that my all time favorite ring has come from their store!

Beautiful jewelry & exceptional service!
I had a question about the best way to separately purchase pieces from one of Selenichast’s jewelry sets, since I wanted to create two different gifts. I reached out on a Sunday, fully expecting to hear back sometime during the week. To my surprise, I received a response that very same day ~ and on a weekend! And it wasn’t simply a quick reply. They took the time to provide me with individual links to the necklace, bracelet, and earrings so I could easily purchase exactly what I needed. They even followed up separately to make sure I had received their response. That kind of responsiveness and attention to detail is rare and really impressed me. It made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. And, of course, the most important part, I absolutely love the jewelry! 🍋💛 Beautiful pieces, wonderful service, and a company I would happily purchase from again.
