I purchased gift cards at Costco for your chocolates. $125 worth of gift cards. I wanted to give them as a gift / buy chocolates for my CPA this year. Your prices online look very similar to local - in store local prices (which all my local stores are closed) due to COVID However when going through the checkout your site says " yous cannot purchase because your cards have been purchased at a discount" YOU MIGHT AS WELL HAVE A SIGN AT COSTCO THAT SAYS "AT SEES, WE'RE GOING TO RAISE OUR PRICES IF YOU TRY TO USE THESE CARDS" What the heck is the point.??Deeply disappointed as I wanted to use these cards and spend $120 on chocolate. (Glad I didn't hand these out as gifts!) What an ugly surprise for friends and family. Total bate and switch marketing. Reluctantly I feel I have to let Costco know as this is not honest marketing. Been a customer with Sees for many years, feel your team could do better. Mike

I placed Mother’s Day on April 29th. Delivery promised for May 6, then 7th, then 8th,9,10, etc etc. Sent three emails and three phone calls to Sees, nothing but promises. Two phone calls to the shipper OnTrac. Finally, on May 15, 2020, received 2 pounds of stale candy with crumbs on top. Never again will I buy their product and I will tell a friend and family.

I bought two lb box on March 16. They assured me my box would arrive on the 19th of March. I paid with gift cards but got no candy and no refund. I called corporate 3 times now and they told me my candy refund was on the way. I got NOTHING!!!! I've been a good customer for years and this is the way you get treated. FIGURE IT OUT SEES. YOU OWE ME $53.00 and I'm mad. Their customer service said they couldn't send me the candy either without increasing the dollar amount by approximately 20 dollars. that's ridiculous!!! All I really wanted was my candy and now I now got neither the candy or my money back. I will never place an order again.

As others have complained about, I made two orders on March 26th, they charged my credit card on 27th and then closed without refund or delivery. UPDATE called Sees Corporate got a person. Was called back within an hour and informed my CC was reimbursed today. They were very apologetic

I created an order on March 26. Charged CC, but no shipment info. They really should have fulfilled their orders before they decided to close, or stop taking orders before the cut off time, or refund CC. Some kind of professionalism would be appreciated. UPDATE: Been nearly a month and still haven't got my order reimbursed.

I love See’s but I won’t buy their candy after this.Before their announcement of closing, I placed a large order on March 24 to go to 3 different addresses for Easter gifts. My credit card was charged on the 25th. Supposedly 2 orders shipped on the 26th. One order was received & one hasn’t even been turned over to UPS & I have no idea about the 3rd order! When you call customer service you get a message that they’re closed & then they hang up on you. I’ve sent 2 emails with no response. Today I called corporate & she just transferred me to customer service where I got the same message & hang up. I called corporate back & she transferred me to customer complaints where I was able to leave a message. No excuse for this from a reputable company like See’s!

They aren’t taking orders, this is the time that they should be shining.

The chocolates are great and the service and shipping is superb. My favorite is the honey nougat and almonds covered in dark chocolate. I love that I can pick the flavors I want so I recently order a whole lb of those. I also found the Nut & Chew Bars and ordered those also. I live in Florida and lucky and grateful to have them delivered during this time when I'm stuck at home because of the Coronavirus. They have been a real treat.
