i received the wrong product... I called them 3 times, with NO call back... I then called 3 seperate times, waited on hold for over 30 minutes, and then the recording says to call back during their hours and THEN they hang up... I emailed them 3 times, with NO reply... THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR LACK OF CUSTOMER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I will not be ordering from them in the future.

To keep shopping simple I ordered a Sees e gift card online for my sister, though ten minutes later Sees 'cancelled' the credit card order for 'verification purposes.' Why does Sees cancel ALL such orders, after a customer trusts that the transaction was completed?! The "3rd Party" representative from Sees said, "all orders are cancelled until an investigation is done in 24-48 hours." My credit card wasn't the issue. The gift details were not issues. Sees has an inexplicable failure of service when customers using Sees, attempt to order simple "eGift cards." Likewise, the '3rd Party' Sees rep refused to explain the reasoning behind cancelling initial customer orders. Bait & Switch??? More poor customer service??? Both?

They don't have anything milk chocolate, caramel and salted which is sad. They have so many different options. They also didn't like my mask. I have seen this place so many times and really just wanted to check it out. I won't be bringing any of my out of towners, they will get no recommendations from me. Just horrible service. Covid is running customer service.

I made a mistake on my order and called their 800# as soon as I realized what I had done. OMG! the wait time on hold was over 45 minutes, when I finally spoke with "Angela" she said not to worry she would correct my order and send me a new invoice (which she did) but they still charged me the wrong amount. I called my credit card and they had to file a dispute for me. But before that I tried to work with "Mario" a See's customer service rep (I spent over 2 hours trying to get a live person on the phone), and the call you back feature does not work. They call you back but to place you on a longer hold, only to cut you off! Never again online! In person only when Covid is over...

12/2/20 Today's email to See's: For the last two days I have been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for customer service, no one answers. I have left a call back number on each day with no response. I sent an email yesterday with no response. When I check the tracking number on my orders this is the response: The package data was sent to OnTrac on 11/23/20 at 06:56PM, but we have yet to receive the package from the shipper. What is going on? I will do a charge back to my credit card if not delivered and no contact from the company. _______________________________________________ Update: 12/9/20 called my credit card company who refunded my money. Called See’s every day and no one answers customer service phone, no answer at corporate office, no answer to emails, no return call with “leave your number to be called back”. Called the OnTrac shipper who does not have my two packages. I am done, taking my business to Harry and David’s.

Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Service. I purchased candy that was damaged and was promised by a representative that replacement boxes would be shipped. I never received them and was told by a customer services representative (after 1 hour wait) that I should call back later to check on the status because she could not find it. Avoid Sees Candy at all cost if you value customer service.

I have to say I agree with the other reviews and am very disappointed in See's. Apparently they don't value customer service. I placed an order of over $100 for a total of 8 items, and when I received it, 2 items were missing. I've attempted to contact See's, but so far no response, so I feel like they don't even care. Also, the box had to be signed for, which I didn't realize upon ordering, so I had to go pick it up at UPS since they wouldn't leave it at the door. So I don't plan to ever use See's Candies online ordering again. I'll go to the kiosk at the local mall during the holidays since I have to go pick it up myself.

Used to love See's Candies, but poor customer service and the quality of the nuts and chews I just got this month is not what it used to be. All these can't be blamed on the pandemic which seems to be an excuse to whip out. Will never order again, Goodbye...
