Not happy with this company. I ordered a present for my sister on the Dec. 20th and the website said it would be delivered on December 29th. It is now 1/4/21 and my sister still has not received her candy. I emailed the company a few days ago and never got a reply back. Of course, I keep checking the tracking number to see where the candy is. This is way too much hassle for candy that is okay, but not great.

I ordered a $200, five pound custom-mix box of candy on Dec 5 with delivery between Dec 17-21 for very close friends. It's New Year's Day today and the candy still hasn't arrived. No Christmas present from me. Because this box was so expensive, it qualified for free shipping. Two other one pound boxes for which I had to pay exorbitant shipping fees have arrived, one before Christmas, the other three days after the holiday. This kind of customer neglect has just lost them my business in December forever. Never again! No excuse is acceptable.

Ordered on Dec 14th. Email comformation shows delivery Dec 28th-31st. My payment cleared on Dec 15th. I called on Dec 29th to check shipping status, was told going out that day. Called again yesterday Dec 30th to get tracking # & was told hadn’t shipped, no way to check on when it will ship but I can call back again to check. REALLY??? So I wrote yesterday as well. Haven’t heard a thing!!! They’ve lost me as well!!!

Ordered four boxes of candy December 10 and still waiting ....I contacted them via email and no answer. Too bad they have lost a customer ....got too big for their britches

Ordered Christmas gifts on 12/10, received an email on 12/14 and never got a call-from them as a follow up. Still trying to ship the gifts to my clients and now being told they won’t make it for New Years. I will never order from them again. I send out roughly $5000 a year to my clients, but won’t use See’s ever again. Embarrassing.

I see I’m not the I my one who preordered in plenty of time and never received my order which was a gift. They are blaming the shipper...NOT!! It was shipped one the 23rd!!! How is it suppose to be on time when shipped is late! You lost me as a customer for good!

I am writing this to amend my previous review below titled “Slow, Slow, Slow”. My candy did finally arrive on Christmas Eve, so they were able to do it! They were still slow, but I did get it before Christmas, so I am pleased. My faith is somewhat restored, however I won’t be ordering within the three weeks before Christmas timespan again. I’ll back it up to before Thanksgiving if I order on-line again. They definitely seemed to have a problem this year fulfilling orders in a timely manner. I’ll give them a break for what was probably a pandemic related challenge.

I don't know what is going on at Sees but they have lost me as a customer. I spent over $200 on gifts that never arrived and my guest leave town early tomorrow without their gifts. There were no tracking numbers on any of my confirmation notices. Impossible to get through on the customer service lines - just repeated disconnects every 30 minutes. No email response. This isn't a COVID issue - this is a lack of hiring enough extra holiday help! Disgusted and disputing each charge with my bank for product not received. I feel bad for all who counted on Sees...
