The product like a lot of companies that advertise on TV these days are basically don’t work. Trust Pilot is the only way I know to verify before you buy! I saw that Seed had no way to contact them other than by email, first indication why I didn’t trust them. Desperate for what it claims to do; I decided to buy it through Amazon as a one time buy. I avoided the trouble people had in canceling there purchases from this company. I used Chat GPT and unfortunately that program debunked other companies like Seed but said Seed does what it claims to do. Unfortunately Seed didn’t work for me and I bet it doesn’t work for all those that canceled their subscription with Seed. Buyer beware. If you aren’t sure about any product from a company; charge it on Amex. They will help you to cancel without out problems!

Avoid avoid avoid- shady reminder email notifications and customer service does not take responsibility for the fact that I was sent a renewal one month into a three month supply- why would I need a whole new three months at this point?!

I get that people are going far to market and advertise their products these days. I made my way to TrustPilot because there are NO OTHER WAYS to leave reviews. This company pays for reviews on a program called Yopto, imports them to Google, and locks normal users out of the ability to leave a review. The paid, imported reviews look great. This is the only source I've found where real, actual humans leave unincentivized reviews. The 1.9 reflects the true quality of the company.

Awful customer service. Deceptive tactics and downright shady maneuvers. Reminder emails are intentionally misleading so you don’t even realize they are a reminder email about an upcoming shipment. The subject line was “Another lunar rotation complete” and the info about next shipment wasn’t until the last third of the email. I cancelled as fast as I could after getting charged. Refund refused by Seed.

Corrupt company! There is no way to speak to anyone regarding unauthorized charges. "Nia" actually sent me an email stating that they don’t speak to customers! Wtf! If they don’t even have the decency to speak to you, how can you trust what they are putting in those capsules?! Buyer Beware!

I’ve had an ongoing issue with Seed.com that has been incredibly frustrating. Despite canceling my subscription on their website—confirmed by a snapshot I took showing the account as canceled—they continued to send the product and charge me. When I contacted their customer support, I was told I had two accounts under different email addresses. They claimed one account was canceled, but the other was still active, and therefore refused to issue a refund. However, this explanation doesn’t hold up as I provided proof that the account they said was active was, in fact, canceled. The recurring payment was processed through PayPal, and I’ve now had to go through the hassle of canceling the payment there and filing a dispute to seek reimbursement. The whole process has been incredibly time-consuming and avoidable if their system and support team had been more efficient and customer-focused. I felt like it was a shady company, which is a shame because the product is decent. I would advise anyone considering a subscription with Seed to be cautious. Their cancellation process is confusing, and resolving issues with their customer service has been a headache. Until they improve their practices, I cannot recommend their service.

This is a scam operation. They get you to sign up for subscription, then make you jump through hoops to cancel. They will charge your card on file without you authorizing, they use the scam that “ they sent you an email confirming they were about to ship” but the title of the email has nothing to do with the fact that they are about to bill you. COMPLETE DECEPTION. You have been warned

First of all, this product ended up causing more stomach issues than I started with. I tried to cancel and it didn’t go through so then they billed me again. No customer service phone number to contact - only email. Should’ve been the first red flag but they also will not offer a refund or a return on an unused product. Very poor customer service. Says a lot about a company that they won’t even take their faulty product back. Do not buy this product or from this company. Read other reviews!! They all say the same.
