I currently hold 3 subscriptions for Seed products and love them all. A recent shipment of Sleep + Restore arrived with the outer package showing a few scrapes from shipping but otherwise intact. The inner envelope containing the capsules appeared fine. However when I opened it, it was full of powdery capsule contents. What a mess! I sifted through and found 9 of 30 capsules cracked open, apparently crushed during shipment. I reached out to customer service through the website and was contacted by Kathleen, who immediately issued another shipment. When that shipment arrived, again I found powder in the capsule envelope. This time only 1 capsule was broken. I notified Kathleen, mostly to alert Seed that its packaging may need some tweaking to stand up to the rigors of shipping. This time I was sent a double replacement … way more than I expected. Happily this shipment arrived in perfect condition. When I first reached out for help with this issue, I was apprehensive since there was no live chat or phone number, only a web form to submit. Having had poor experiences in the past with such things, I figured I was just going to have to take the loss of 1/3 of my order. I am very happy to say now that I was wrong. Seed’s customer care has exceeded my expectations and is as solid as their products.

Just as many many people state trying to cancel is very shady. Hitting edit had me reordering it and no where’s to cancel that in error order. I sent an email since there is no phone number to call. They don’t even read my email and said they don’t give refunds.

The product made more bloated than before I started taking it. I feel so much better now that I stopped. And of course, they sent me a new bottle of their crap on an automatic schedule that they will not cancel or return. Save your money! Avoid this company and their terrible products.

Seed is a wonderful probiotic and has helped me with my stomach problems. They are very helpful if you have any issues and they resolve them quickly. Great product and great customer service. I highly recommend it!

Revising this review after customer service reached back out to make things right. I am pleased to say that the right person handled this issue by refunding me for the second order. I have encouraged the company to add at least a chat now option or some way to contact them if a billing issue were to happen such as this. I am thankful for the last email I received and hope that the company will make adjustments to how quickly they respond to issues. Horrible customer service. Really liked the product but can not deal with a company that takes 5 days to respond to an issue their website created. They pushed a double order on me and I tried to cancel since I saw my card get charged twice while I was managing my subscription. No way to get in touch with anyone and then they say oh I can see how this can be confusing but your stuck with 300.00 of product for 6 months. I only needed a 3 month supply and basically they double charged me with no customer service. I will be discontinuing this company since sadly their leadership doesn’t out any effort Into customer service and retaining current users. I would stay away from this and use pendulum probiotics who has fantastic customer service.

There is seriously something wrong with this company's customer service. When companies outsource their CS team and there's no direct way to get a hold of an employee, that is problematic. They prioritize their revenue over what the product line should actually stand for, which takes advantage of its customers who may rely on the product for their overall wellness. Over the course of several days and weeks, it has been impossible to get a hold of someone because they only reply to you via email at 1:00AM ET (which is sketch already). They have no problem charging you on time and on schedule, but they don't care if your package was never sent, if it was even sent to the right address (AFTER IT'S BEEN UPDATED NUMEROUS TIMES) or anything. It's up to you to fight them and to send multiple emails (because they say they will get back you, but they don't) where eventually you have to request a charge back because of all the debauchery. When a company chooses to be deceitful in their responses, I refuse to spend any more time trying to reason with them. It's unfortunate when the product itself is actually beneficial, but the customer service is god awful. With multiple negative experiences back-to-back, I can no longer support this company.

Customer service is non-existent. Their delivery service left my package in a completly unsecure place, basically in the doorway of my apartment building where I'm sure someone walked off with it. All they have for help is AI by email. Just Awful!

I was genuinely interested in trying DS-01 after hearing positive things about the product. I visited the website, completed the subscription process, and was initially offered a 30% discount code for subscribing, which made the decision to try it easier. During checkout, I was given the option to upgrade to a three-month subscription. Since I was willing to commit to giving the product a fair trial, I selected the upgrade. Unfortunately, doing so automatically removed the 30% discount and replaced it with a 10% subscription discount. What was most frustrating was that no matter what I tried—even restarting the process—I could not restore the original 30% offer. The experience felt misleading and left me disappointed before even trying the product. Ultimately, I decided to unsubscribe and look for an alternative. Unfortunately, this experience cost Seed the opportunity to earn my business.
