Really happy these guys are here! Now I can relax and have some me time so Im not a crazy person. Spending time with the family isn't interrupted anymore by work. The people in the office are very nice to me on the phone and they give the same level of customer service as I do. That goes a very long way with me. Artisan Window and Gutter Josh

I started using Securus when I first opened my own law firm and urgently needed an answering service. I believe I was one of its first clients and I have been happy ever since. My clients are treated cheerfully and respectfully when they call and feel they are speaking to a personal representative of the firm. Top quality service and responsive to any issues that may arise.

We have been VERY happy with Securus. Having 24/7 telephone coverage makes my small company seem like a larger company. No more voicemail for customers or prospects - they always get a human. I have had a more than a few clients say the chose to work with us because someone always answered the phone and they never got voicemail.

As a small business owner, I have had challenges for years juggling sales, operations, customer service and other ownership responsibilities. One of the areas we needed help with is having someone answer calls that provided the high level of service and professionalism required for our business. We have now been doing business with Securus Contact Systems for about 6 months and it's one of the best decisions we've made. The agents are quick, professional and gather the pertinent information needed from our prospects to be able to service their needs.

Securus is always there for our business even when we are not! They've helped our business in a very large way. There services are so important because sometimes people don't want to hear a voice mail they just like to talk to a live person. Securus has been there to answer our calls and deliver our messages immediately. I don't know how we would manage without them. Thanks to all the staff at Securus!

Since we just started our business this year, we really didn't have the budget to hire a receptionist, and decided to go with Securus. And are we happy we did! They are polite and professional and really helped us secure new clients. We are so happy with the results that we are going to continue using Securus and not hire a receptionist at all.

This company is by far the best answering service that our company has used for many years. We have tried other companies over the course of years and no one can beat Securus pricing and most importantly customer service a=with any questions or concerns are always not an issue with them. Highly recommend if you're looking for an answering service that does exaclty what you ask of them. Always professional. A+++
