We are a small HVAC company and this answering service is just what we needed. We can not get to all the calls coming in and our customers want to talk to a live person, not just leave a message. They provide a live person to take down their message in a polite timely manner. They have added excellence to our growing company!!

I switched to Securus from another vendor when I found out that vendor was putting clients on hold and billing me, causing me to lose potential customers. Securus has been excellent. Their transparency is refreshing, even calling once to save me some money on my bill. More importantly, their team makes my small law firm seem like a big law firm. Clients rave about how good my "secretaries" are. I had a court call today with a somewhat sticky issue, Kris had her calmed down and laughing by the time she got to me. They are worth every penny and Im glad I made the switch.

We found Securus through our carpet cleaning vendor. We are a property management company and it cost our small company too much to pay staff to be on-call after hours. This service has allowed us to have all emergency calls answered so our tenants hear a voice instead of voicemail. The important pieces are to make sure Securus has our updated vendor contacts for certain categories and to make sure the scripts are accurate. I have appreciated the thoughtfulness and helpfulness if we have had any issues with calls not being handled correctly. Usually, it was a script issue.
