I got a call from Securus wanting to sell me their service and I decided to give them a shot. I’ll admit I wasent too optimistic as I didnt “think” I needed the service. Boy was I in for a surprise, this service so far has definitely been a return on investment. The staff is great and from time to time I listen to the recorded calls (calls Securus answers for me) and I love how soft spoken the girls are. They truly are professionals, I can tell management takes their role very serious in hiring girls that are fit for the job. Definitely doesnt sound like my grandma answering the phone, very impressed!

For any company that values customer service, Securus is a must! My customers are able to reach my company 24/7 with a live voice no matter what I am doing or what day it is. I am very busy and I cant catch-all the calls some times. I'm taking payment or I already have 2 lines going I know that the customer trying to reach me can because Securs is part of my team and they answer the phone when I can't. I can't put a value on it because customer service is priceless. The cost is nothing compared to the benefits. If you don't use Securus your simply not doing your best to take care of your customers. Who answers your phone when your asleep?

As I find myself alone in the office and am unable to attend to each call immediately, its great to be able to count on a Live Voice to answer the needs of our customers. i am able then to contact my customers as soon as i am able. Securus also, takes the time to type up the exact reason for the call so I am able to look up my customer list and respond with a call more accurately. Customers like to speak to a Live Person and Not just an answering machine. Thank 🌷 You ! Securus

Could not be happier with Securus. Never had any issues with call drop or slow connection. Very easy to work with to set up service and handle changes to call screening along the way. Highly highly recommend.

We never thought an answering service would work well for us, but we decided to give Securus a try. So glad we did! Customer service has been excellent. We are impressed with how they speak with potential customers who call us after hours. They use our script and are professional and courteous. Using Securus has taken some of the stress off us, being a small family business with only one person to answer the phone and be on-call 24/7. It's great to have the freedom to run an errand in the middle of the day or actually take a day off once a week from answering the phone, knowing that Securus is there to take our calls. We highly recommend them!
