I've been a customer of ComGateway since 2011, and they have consistently been my go to forwarding service. Their pricing has always been competitive, but more importantly, the quality of their service has remained consistently high over the years. Whenever I have encountered an issue, their customer service team has been responsive, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handle problems promptly and follow through until everything is resolved, which gives me great confidence whenever I ship through them. It is rare to find a company that maintains this level of consistency for more than a decade. After all these years, I can confidently recommend ComGateway to anyone looking for a reliable package forwarding service with excellent customer support.

I needed to return a package to an international seller because the shipping cost was too high for me. They graciously tried to repackage it to lower the shipping. Finally when I was able to get my seller to provide a return label, the customer service at comGateway was so helpful in filling out the return request and getting it all sorted for me. Thank you Sunny at the customer service for your patience and excellent service!
