Haven't received my money

Before I would sell my phone, but since I don’t you selling platforms anymore, I decided to work with them. Steps were simple, and once they have my device, in a day or two they sent me the money through paypal and no need for them to contact me or me contacting them. I am glad my device is in the right hands and now I get to priorities other things in my life. Also, better price trade in value than another company I went with previously but told them to send it back. Satisfied customer

I sent in my phone. They requested for my password. After I provided it, radio silence. This feels so much like a scam? I've already tried reaching out three times now. They have my login credentials, my phone and not responding.

I appreciate the customer service and the quick payment options, but the shipping was marked as priority mail, but UPS took longer than expected. When my packages arrived, I’d suggest UPS or FedEx for the best customer service. Regarding value, it’s a bit less than other websites, but I’m sure you’ll improve that in the future. Thanks!

It was seamless experience with trade in device

Quick transaction sent payment and good communication. Only negative which didn't effect me much was they couldn't recieve devices on a weekend so slowed down transaction but would do it again if I had more devices with secondhandcell.

The experience was quick and easy! Payment came through faster than expected and the customer service was great.
