My device was considered flawless condition (25 Ultra), no scratches or dents, with photo and video evidence. The charging port was a little dusty, but no damage, just cleaning would've done the trick. Otherwise, no way you could tell it was used. The original offer was $644, but they brought it down to $593, saying "not new condition, signs of wear". I wouldn't use this site if you're trying to sell anything.

I was worried after reading reviews from upset people. But everything went smoothly. They answered me back with every question I had! And believe me I messaged everyday 🫣🤣 10/10 would recommend ✨ Ps. Payment went through the same day they received my phone 👌🏻

Tracking shows my phone was successfully delivered to SecondHandCell, but my order lookup does not work and I have received zero communication or response from support. Order #SHC-23207. Phone shipped 10 days ago! At this point I am simply requesting confirmation that my device has been received and an update on the status of my order. I hope this is just a delay in communication and I will gladly update this review if the issue is resolved.

I was very worried I was gonna lose my device after reading the reviews after I’ve mailed it but I waited a week or two and eventually got my payment; it may take a little bit but they will give you your pay. Sold an S23 Ultra and they offered the highest for it. Thanks -Jesse

**Still no response from this company as of May 21st, 2026 and they have not even opened the email I sent them on 5/6. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING & DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR PHONE!! I will be filing a police report for stolen property and filing a complaint with FBI internet crimes, FTC, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Attorney General. This is theft and it is not OK. On March 6th, 2026 I received an offer to sell my iphone to this company for $398. I mailed it in and they confirmed receipt on March 18th. On March 31st, they emailed me saying the device was icloud locked and their offer would only be $98. They asked if I wanted to accept the offer or have the phone returned. This was a phone that I owned personally, so I planned to take it to apple to get the icloud lock off so I asked them to return it. I received an email on April 1st confirming they would be shipping the phone back to me and would send me tracking info shortly. This is the last I have heard from them. They refuse to respond to email or phone calls re: the issue. DO NOT send these people your phone! Now I have to go through the hassle of filing a police report and contacting other govt agencies to get this resolved. This company will blatantly steal from you and not respond to any of your calls/texts/emails. BUYER (or in this case SELLER) BEWARE! This phone cost me $1000 and I was trying to recoup some of that cost by sending it here.. Now I can't even get back the $398 I was hoping to receive. It's ridiculous that they think they can get away with this.

I mailed my phone with the label they provided, it shows they received it on Friday April 10, 2026. I emailed them on 4/17/26. I have not received a response or my money by Zelle as I requested.

I chose to sell my phone through this company after doing my research and seeing generally decent reviews. They offered me $287, which was higher than other companies, so I decided to move forward with them. However, my experience has not matched what was advertised. Their website states that payouts are processed within 48 hours, but it has now been over two weeks since I sent in my phone, and I still have not received any payment. What’s more concerning is the lack of communication. Responses to emails are either extremely delayed or nonexistent, and it has been difficult to get any clear or consistent updates. I was told at one point that my order would be prioritized the next day, but it has now been a week since that message with no follow-up or resolution. At this point, this feels very misleading. Delays can happen, but failing to communicate or follow through on stated timelines is not acceptable—especially when you are holding someone else’s property and payment. I will update this review if the issue is resolved, but based on my experience so far, I would strongly urge others to proceed with caution.
