Got an offer for $128 for my iPhone 14, so I sent it to them and within couple weeks, I got an email saying the phone was still locked. I’m pretty positive I took the lock off before sending it in, because how else would they be able to open the phone!? I sent the password to the them, and a week later got an email stating it was still locked, so since they couldn’t get in, they were only going to offer me $10 or I could have them send my phone back. I chose to have them send it back to me. I got a confirmation email with a tracking number. Received the box a week or so later, but it was EMPTY!!! No phone inside! I’ve emailed them twice in the last month with no response back! I’m trying to file a claim through USPS, but it’s been a Huge hasstle! I would like the company to be responsible and file a claim as the item was shipped from Their warehouse!!! I’m now out a phone and any money I could’ve gotten from it!! This company is NO GOOD!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM SO YOU DONT GET SCAMMED AS WELL!!

SecondHandCell had my phone for almost a month with no communication and after at least 10 attempts to contact them via email with no return messages, they sent an automated response that they were sending my phone back to me. There is not a thing wrong with my phone, mind you, no scratches or cracks in the screen and I made sure it was unlocked and reset to factory settings. Their automated email stated I declined the offer, but no offer was ever sent for me to decline. I honestly thought they were just going to steal my device from me but now they’re returning it with no explanation. Extremely poor customer service and no way to get ahold of an actual human to get any answers. Incompetent business, do better or shut it down.

Required my pin. When I didn't provide it (due to security reasons) they kept my phone and didn't respond to my emails.

Scam site. Sent in my S25 Ultra 512Gb new phone which was appraised for $643. After they got my phone, they said it does not match as described and offered $5.00. I declined the offer and have yet to get my phone back. They are responding to my email either. I Blacklisted the IMEI and got in touch with the police and they referred me to small claims court.

I sent my phone… haven’t received my payment or a response about my phone. I have also had some random phishing attempts on accounts that were only connected to that phone. This is a scam. I’m about to go file a police report.

I shipped my iPhone to SecondHandCell and tracking confirmed it was delivered on July 14. It has now been 10 days, well past their promised payout timeframe. I have sent multiple follow-up emails regarding my order with zero response. At this point, they have my phone and I have no payment and no communication. I need an immediate update on my inspection status and payout, or the device returned to me immediately. I would steer clear of this company, I sent other electronics to other companies like this one at the same time and they have already completed payout, except this company.

Do not use SecondHandCell!!!! They are very dishonest. Said my phone camera was not working and did not have oem parts. Phone bought brand new from Apple. Camera working fine when sent in.

scammers - will keep your device say they are sending you a check but you won’t get it - they gaslight and lie as you can see in other reviews.. go with any other company of sellcell -
