This is my second review, because things were no settled when I wrote the first one. My phone was supposedly stolen before it reached them, and I accidentally found out that I was not the only one. They did file a claim with USPS, but it only paid $100. They gave me a quote. I don’t remember the exact number, but it was around $194. So I lost $90+ dealing with them.

The shipment was quick, I received an email regarding resolving 2 issues (turning off phone location + passcode). I provided them right away but haven't heard back from them in weeks. The status haven't changed, I received no money and no response for my 5 emails and several inquiries on the site. This is a bust. Still waiting to hear back and receive my funds. I would prefer to have my phone shipped back to me if I'm not going to be paid. Wish I read the reviews first. I would highly recommend going with another company.

I completed a trade-in for my Samsung S25 Ultra through SecondHandCell, which was received, inspected, and officially finalized on July 22, 2026. While the inspection and check-in process went smoothly, I am currently facing significant delays regarding the payout for the device. I have already reached out to support to resolve this and release the funds, but payment has still not been processed. Communication and payout turnaround times need major improvement. I will update this review if and when my payment is successfully issued, but potential sellers should be aware of these delays. IT IS NOT A 48hr Payout * I’m updating my previous review to reflect that my payout has finally come through. While the initial radio silence and the delay after my trade-in was marked finalized were frustrating, their support team ultimately came through and the funds have been successfully deposited. It took longer than expected, but I appreciate that the situation got sorted out in the end I still would not sell in the future to them

They received as stated by this companies email to me, they received my phone on 5/26/2026. Order number #SHC-23294. I sent them a mint Samsung galaxy S24 ultra and they offered me $402. They responded back the same day saying I had a unresolved balance with my carrier and if I I did not respond in 7 days they would send me 75% less than we agreed on. I asked them to send the phone back and they said they would like to finish the transaction with me but would be glad to send it back to me. I have asked for it back again and again. The last time they have responded was 5/27/2026 and I have been ghosted ever since. I have looked at reviews and I see a extremely suspect and disturbing pattern I believe this is happening on a bigger scale and have since contacted the police and attorneys to look deeper at this. Also, every review like man or negative whatsoever , secondhand cell claims to be the victim every time and I see no accountabilty. Well I here to see it. UPDATE-I have received my phone back in the condition that it was sent it. While the company did not respond to me for 11 days, which is why I put ghosted. I was given a reason/excuse for this , but it did not make sense in my opinion . Others say they have had their items never returned which I cannot verify one way or another. It is also imo a very weird case when you look at this companies reviews. They are either 5 stars stating this company is the best thing since sliced bread or a one star stating the product was stolen. There are no inbetween which is very suspect. Also someone sent me a picture of the address of where the phones are sent and its a tire shop and I think a sound/audio business which is very suspect. I tried to call both businesses and got weird voicemails. I would gladly like to have a person reach out to me from this company so I can discuss concerns I have. You have my info so please reach out to me. UPDATE-I talked to a store owner in Flordia who happens to have the same name as this company and he told me on the phone that he gets multiple calls a week from people thinking he is this company and has heard horror stories and everything checks out from my experience except I did get my phone back. I put ghosted in my review earlier bc when I asked for my phone back I never got a response and almost 2 weeks had gone by. I left the first review the next day and one hour later I received a email saying my phone was about to be shipped back. As previously stated I still have my receipt from USPS showing the exact address I shipped the phone to with the prepaid label they sent and Google maps shows a area that's behind other buildings in a fenced in area and all I see is a very small tire shop and a sound system place side by side. Why would your phone be delivered to either place like that especially when the spot looks shady AF. I am not telling anyone what to do but do your research. And this last statement I am making Is not accusing this company of anything but from people I have talked to and reviews here and other places I have read do not sit right with me personally. My dad is a retired federal agent and he has many friends still in the bureau. He has reached out to friends in the area I am referring to and they are looking into things just out of curiosity is all I can say. GOD BLESS

My device was considered flawless condition (25 Ultra), no scratches or dents, with photo and video evidence. The charging port was a little dusty, but no damage, just cleaning would've done the trick. Otherwise, no way you could tell it was used. The original offer was $644, but they brought it down to $593, saying "not new condition, signs of wear". I wouldn't use this site if you're trying to sell anything.

Well I sent my phone on maybe December 20th, and the packaging process was fast and easy, but I haven't heard any updates on whether or not they've received it. ive tried emailing and no one has gotten back to me. Once they respond to my emails, and once I've received my payment, then I'll change the review accordingly.
